How to take advantage of Gem Meteor:
Battle Challenge!
Sean todos bienvenidos a un nuevo desafío de batalla en Splinterlands, esta semana le ha tocado el turno a Gem Meteor, esta carta neutral que esconde un potencial tremendo en la edición y que te va a dar muchísimas sorpresas cuando la utilices. Es una carta que combina muy bien con cualquier splinter por ser neutral y que además puede destrozar estrategias ella sola, aquí te traigo una guía de como usarla, así que bienvenido.
Welcome to a new share your battle challenge in Splinterlands, this week it's the turn of the Gem Meteor, this neutral card of Chaos Legion edition that hides a tremendous potential below his stats in the edition and that will give you many surprises when you use it on battles. It is a card that combines very well with any splinter for being neutral and can also destroy strategies alone, here I bring you a guide on how to use it, so welcome.
Gem Meteor es una carta epica de la edicion Chaos Legion de Splinterlands que forma parte del splinter neutral. Cuesta 5 puntos de mana y es una carta de ataque a distancia, que es perfecta para ir haciendo daño aleatorio gracias a sus habilidades. Su objetivo es puro y claro, pegar muy duro y muy fuerte en cada turno.
¿Como le sacas provecho a esta carta?
El ataque a distancia obliga a colocarla lo mas atras posible en tu alineacion, yo la uso siempre en la ultima posicion porque tiene una vida decente y puede soportar un sneak mientras cumple su funcion, la idea es darle el mayor tiempo posible en el campo para que su Scattershot haga mucho daño.
Hablando del precio.
Su precio actual de mercado es el siguiente:
BCX Regular: 0.50$
BCX Dorado: 4.70$
Eso significa que llevar esta carta al nivel maximo en su forma regular te costará aproximadamente 23$ y en su version dorada, unos 47$. Creo que es un momento perfecto para maxear su version dorada, porque cuando esta edicion no este disponible esta carta se va a revalorizar muchisimo.
Gem Meteor is an epic card from the Chaos Legion edition of Splinterlands that is part of the splinter neutral. It costs 5 mana points and is a ranged attack card, which is perfect for doing random damage thanks to its abilities. Its objective is pure and clear, to hit very hard and very strong every turn.
How do you take advantage of this card?
The ranged attack forces you to place it as far back as possible in your lineup, I always use it in the last position because it has a decent life and can withstand a sneak while fulfilling its function, the idea is to give it as much time as possible on the field so that its Scattershot does a lot of damage.
Speaking of price.
Its current market price is as follows:
BCX Regular: $0.50
BCX Gold: 4.70$.
That means that leveling up this card to max level (115 BCX) in its regular form will cost you about $23 and in its gold version (22 BCX), about $47. I think it's a perfect time to max its gold version in relation to the price of the regular version, because when this edition is not available this card will be revalued a lot.
Round 1.

Uno de los ultimos rulesets agregados aparecio en esta batalla y directamente es un debuff para mi Gem Meteor, junto con el invocador oponente.
Agor Longtail es mi tanque por el Taunt, al atraer los ataques hacia el va a permitir que mi Triage cure mas a la unica carta que va a recibir daño en mi linea secundaria mientras el este vivo, mi Gem Meteor.
Carnage Titan por su habilidad Reach puede atacar en segunda posicion asi que es un fijo en este tipo de alineaciones.
Spirit Hoarder se ha vuelto una de mis cartas favoritas en Oro, por su triage le curara la vida que pierda el Gem Meteor con este ruleset.
Todo el que me siga sabe que Adelade es infaltable en mis alineaciones de vida, lo que puede hacer no tiene igual.
Djinn Renova tambien tiene Triage y es una segunda curacion para el Gem Meteor.
Gem meteor tiene Scattershot, eso lo hara repartir daño aleatorio para ir dañando a toda la linea secundaria, ademas tiene dos cartas que se ocuparan de curar el daño que reciba por el ruleset.

Fire & Regret, one of the last rulesets added appeared in this battle and it is directly a debuff for my Gem Meteor, along with the opponent's summoner.
Agor Longtail is my tank for the Taunt, by attracting the attacks towards him it will allow my Triage to heal more the only card that will receive damage in my secondary line while he is alive, my Gem Meteor.
Carnage Titan because of his Reach ability can attack in second position so he's a fixture in this kind of lineups.
Spirit Hoarder has become one of my favorite cards in Gold, because of its triage it will heal the life lost by the Gem Meteor with this ruleset.
Everyone who follows me knows that Adelade is a must in my life lineups, what she can do is unmatched.
Djinn Renova also has Triage and is a second heal for Gem Meteor.
Gem Meteor has Scattershot, it will deal random damage to damage the entire secondary line, it also has two cards that will take care of healing the damage it receives from the ruleset.
Round 2.
El plan salio perfectamente en la ronda 1, mi Gem Meteor recupero la vida perdida y empezo a hacer daño a una carta que de no ser por eso, no hubiese sido afectada, la Djinn Renova enemiga. Ademas su Carnage Titan estaba a punto de caer, la verdad no entiendo por que lo coloco primero, supongo que se equivoco.
The plan of my team went perfectly in round 1, my Gem Meteor recovered the lost life and started to do damage to a card that otherwise would not have been affected, the enemy Djinn Renova. Also his Carnage Titan was about to fall, I really don't understand why he put it first, I guess he made a mistake.
Round 3.
Tambien es muy importante la combinacion de Phase, Fly y Blind que potencian todas a mi Agor para hacerlo esquivar muchisimos ataques, el debuff del Quix oponente mancha un poco esta estrategia pero al final termino siendo efectiva igual, en esta ronda esquivo muchisimos ataques.
It is also very important in this team the combination of Phase, Fly and Blind that empower all my Agor to make him dodge many attacks, the debuff of the Quix opponent tarnishes a little this strategy but in the end ended up being effective anyway, in this round I dodge many attacks.
Round 4.
Cuando mi Agor cayó la cosa se complico un poco, pero ya la batalla estaba muy adelantada y mi oponente se habia quedado sin tanque, mientras que yo todavia tenia a mi Carnage Titan en pie y con toda su vida, y mis otras cartas listas para atacar tambien.
When my Agor went down, things got a little complicated, but the battle was already well underway and my opponent had run out of tanks, while I still had my Carnage Titan standing and with all his life, and my other cards ready to attack as well.
Round 5.
Ya para este punto creo que no queda absolutamente nada mas que decir.

Entender los puntos debiles donde le puedes sacar ventaja a tu enemigo es primordial para convertirte en un buen jugador ¡enfocate en mejorar eso y veras como tu winrate aumentará muchisimo!
