Drone Aerial Photography - Experience flying in restricted zone
Hello Hivean in Drone Community
How are you all today, I hope you are doing well wherever you are
Hello photography lovers, today I am back in a special community that displays photos or videos made with drones. Well, as usual I will show you some photos that I made yesterday.
At the time of taking this photo I had a problem while I was flying the drone. I forgot to look at the restricted zone map. Well, when opening the fly zone map. Turns out I've entered the airport zone.
And this is my experience with the problem. So I can't take many pictures. Oh yes, in this post, I also want to know the experience of friends when flying in the forbidden fly zone. How is the solution drones still flying in the zone. You can write it in the comments column.
Well, here are some photos that I want to share with all of you on this occasion. Hope you guys like it. Cheers
Nice shots.. just don't let them catch your drone, lol🤣
The DJI app is not reliable for finding flight restriction zones, in the UK at least. The actual zones can be smaller and the positions is slightly different.
The DJI app is not giving pilots permission to fly as many people are led to believe, it only assumes that you have sought permission and the unlock code is you confirming that. In my experience, speaking with airport control towers is simple and pleasant. Each one is different, most of the time they want a form filled out and that's it.
There is only one app to go by that is built by air traffic control called Drone Assist and allows pilot to post information about their flight(s).
Take care!
Thanks for the explanation. I will be even more careful when flying in restricted areas.
