Good day my fellow hivers, today I'm going to share you this kind of recipe that most of the Filipino love it. You can use any kind of fish in Kinilaw na isda, but this time I used flying fish because it is also delicious eating this kind while it's still raw and fresh. The star of this recipe is the raw fish, vinegar and ginger. Some made their own version like instead of adding vinegar they used lemon or kalamanse as a replacement of the vinegar.

All you have to do is fillet the flying fish using your fillet knife but before that make sure that your fish is already clean.

Then sliced it into a bite size.

The the vinegar

Then mix or combined all the ingredient in a bowl and salt to taste.

Take note:you need to put the vinegar when it's time to eat because the fish might cook due to the acid content of the vinegar.

Nice... cool stuff.

I've been eating a lot of fish recently but I mostly go for smoked fish so I don't get to steam it again, rather I just add it into my food and cook together.

The onions you added is a very good addition when cooking meat or fish.

Nice one.
