Buenas noches tengan todos, especialmente a los que forman parte de esta hermosa comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive, bienvenidos a mi blog, quiero compartir con ustedes lo que prepare para la cena, unos huevos revueltos con arepa, una receta sencilla pero llena de sabor.

Good night everyone, especially those who are part of this beautiful community of Foodies Bee Hive, welcome to my blog, I want to share with you what I prepare for dinner, some scrambled eggs with arepa, a simple recipe but full of flavor.

Ingredientes:

• Cuatro huevos
• Harina de maíz
• Mortadela
• Sal.

En un bol agregamos agua y una pizca de sal luego añadimos la harina de maíz y amasamos hasta lograr una masa homogénea y compacta, tomamos una porción de masa, hacemos una bola que aplanaremos hasta obtener la tradicional forma de arepa por último la llevamos a plancha y dejamos que dore por ambos lados.

In a bowl we add water and a pinch of salt then we add the corn flour and we knead until we achieve a homogeneous and compact dough, we take a portion of dough, we make a ball that we will flatten until obtaining the traditional arepa shape, finally we take it to the grill and let it brown on both sides.

Mientras las arepas se cocinan, cortamos la mortadela en cuadritos, batimos 4 huevos a los que le agregamos una pizca de sal, luego a un sartén le añadimos un chorrito de aceite y sofreimos la mortadela para después añadirles los huevos que revolvemos hasta cocinarlos.

While the arepas are cooking, cut the mortadella into squares, beat 4 eggs to which we add a pinch of salt, then add a splash of oil to a pan and fry the mortadella and then add the eggs that we stir until cooked.

Emplatamos y servimos, así de sencilla y deliciosa fue la cena que prepare para mi familia, espero les haya gustado.
