Infiltrating Enemy Ships for Food.

Following Ryuzo onto the ship's deck, I witnessed him take down a guard before we cleared an empty loading zone patrol. After returning fire at archers from an adjacent ship, we boarded it to defeat a Mongol leader, leading me to quietly assassinate lower deck guards near a caged bear.
Right after getting up on the ship's deck following Ryuzo, I found him taking care of a guard there, catching the enemy soldier completely by surprise before he could alert the rest of the crew on board.
Then both of us went inside the loading zone, but we didn't find any food there. So we decided to look around, which took us to an enemy patrol on the other side of the ship, forced us to draw our weapons.
While Ryuzo charged at the enemies first, I followed him and started taking as many Mongols as I could on my own, parrying their incoming strikes and delivering quick counterattacks to thin out their numbers before they could surround us.
When we were done taking care of the Mongols on this ship, some Mongols from an adjacent ship were shooting us with arrows. So after taking care of them with return arrows, we ran to that ship to look for food.
After getting to that ship, we found it was filled with even more aggressive Mongols, along with one of their leaders, who was heavily armored and brandishing a massive weapon to defend the vessel's primary cargo hold.
While Ryuzo was taking care of some Mongols, I went for their leader and I took him down real fast, using heavy strikes to break through his guard and finished him off with a decisive blow before he could recover his balance.
Then we decided to split up. After getting to another ship, while Ryuzo was searching the previous one, I found a Mongol on guard whom I assassinated quietly, sneaking up directly behind him to slip my blade past his armor without making any noise.
Then I found some Mongols on the lower deck and there was a wild bear caged as well. And I decided to assassinate the Mongol close by with an air assassination and it went real cool, dropping down silently from the wooden beams above to eliminate the target instantly.

Splitting the search across multiple ships was a practical decision that kept the mission moving efficiently. While Ryuzo handled one area, Jin focused on another, allowing both characters to cover more ground without wasting valuable time.
The fleet was large enough that searching it alone would have taken forever, so yeah, their decision was perfect.
Boarding the ship's deck right behind Ryuzo set a perfectly stealthy tone for the mission. I really liked how you were looking for those perfect photography angles. Great captures 🤗

You slipped past that guard's armor so quietly he probably didn't even know he was being assassinated. Lol. Executing your flawless, silent assassinations were perfectly timed.
Yeah, that guard was standing there feeling completely safe in all that armor, completely unaware that his shift was about to end hahaha.
The caged bear adds an interesting layer of tension to the fight. Its presence proves that the Mongols are using captured wildlife as part of their operations, while the player can use creative strategies if chooses to interact with it.
