Tragic Sight - Ghost of Tsushima.

I rested under the moonlight before inspecting a tragic site. Bandits challenged me, but I defeated them one by one through precise parries and dodges. After clearing the area, I discovered burned bodies left behind by Mongols, though blooming pink flowers nearby offered a subtle sign of hope for Tsushima.

I rested quietly under the clear, moonlight night, taking a brief moment to catch my breath near a heavily burned site. The air felt heavy, and curiosity prompted me to inspect the surrounding area to see if anything worth finding remained among the ashes.

As I approached, I spotted a group of bandits lurking in the shadows. One of them stepped forward and challenged me directly to a standoff. He seemed completely convinced that he would easily take me down, but his confidence was short-lived as I brought his life to a swift end before he could even realize his mistake.

With their companion down, the rest of the bandits quickly moved in to eliminate me. One of the fighters lunged forward with his weapon, but after executing a perfect parry, I immediately countered his swing and cut him down where he stood.

Next, a spearman stepped up to engage me in battle. I decided to warm up my movements by carefully dodging his thrusts, staying light on my feet as he tried to strike.

An archer from a distance tried to support the spearman by releasing arrows in my direction, forcing me to dodge both incoming arrows and melee strikes simultaneously.

The spearman kept pressing his attacks, and although I successfully avoided most of his blows, I took a few hits during the battle. Two of those hits were unintentional slips on my part, while another was a calculated risk as I practiced my timing to see how far I could push my dodges.

Once I felt fully warmed up, I stopped holding back, unleashed a series of sword strikes, and brought the spearman down for good.

That left only the archer, who seemed far too terrified to face me in close range. He kept his distance, trying to shoot me from afar while shouting out before releasing his bowstring. Even though there were no other enemies remaining around us, he gave away his position, giving me plenty of time to dodge his incoming arrows.

I gradually closed the distance between us while avoiding his shots. Even as I grew close enough for a direct melee strike, he frantically tried to use his bow against me. Then I quickly ended the fight with a final slash, clearing out the entire bandit group from the area.

With the threat fully eliminated, I took the opportunity to look more closely at the site. A grim sight greeted me, as several burned bodies lay scattered across the ground. I guessed that simple bandits were not responsible for this level of destruction.

This cruelty was clearly the work of the Mongols who had invaded our land. The surrounding houses were completely burned to the ground, suggesting that the innocent villagers were trapped inside while the structures went up in flames. It was a truly horrifying sight to witness.

I noticed vibrant pink flowers blooming scattered around the scorched site. Seeing those bright flowers growing amid the devastation gave me a comforting reminder that resilience still existed. It showed me that there was still enduring hope for the future of Tsushima

I carefully collected the pink flowers for future use before taking a final look at the burned grounds where I had fought off Mongols before.

That first bandit really stepped up for the standoff thinking he had this in the bag, and then you ended the conversation before it even started. I always like how how handle these standoffs.

Haha, he definitely looked confident until the standoff ended his life instantly.

The spearman kept throwing those attacks while Jin casually danced around him. I really liked that part. Those parries made the whole fight look clean.

The moonlight made this whole scene feel so peaceful before the bandits showed up. The atmosphere in this game is amazing.
