My Fish Soup Recipe.

Today I want to share with you my recipe for fish soup, this fish is white meat and has a very special flavor, it is also very nutritious and healthy to consume soup.

Preparing the fish soup is very simple, it is prepared faster than the poultry and meat soups in the fish soup, in fact it has the reverse process, the vegetables are assembled first and the fish last, in addition to the trick of the Fish soup is in lemon, chili and garlic.

The fish soup is very nutritious, it serves to hydrate the body, it is a great source of source of Vitamins: A, B12, D, iron, magnesium, iodine, phosphorus and calcium; ideal fatty acid for brain development, and to control high cholesterol.

Ingredients:

1 Kilo of Fish
2 liters of boiled water
Salt
Lemon
pumpkin
Yucca
Green banana
Chinese
Ocumo
Chives
Onion
Chimbobo
Chili pepper
Garlic
Coriander

Preparation:

Step 1: Once the ingredients are available, proceed to clean and peel the garlic, chili pepper, onion, chives, coriander. A clean one begins to cut and place in the pot where the soup will be cooked. The garlic is cut into squares, and the onion, chives, chili pepper in large pieces, salt and a lemon are added. Place the water and place it in the kitchen for 5 minutes.

Step 2: The vegetables are taken and the shells are removed. One washes is diced. Chimbobo skin is also cleaned. Once all this washing is added to the pot with the boiling seasonings, and let it boil for 15 min and until the vegetables are ready.

Step 3: On the other hand, the fish is washed and salt is placed in pieces, garlic and a little chili pepper are cut, and some coriander leaves while the vegetables are cooking. The idea of ​​putting these ingredients on top of the fish before adding it to the soup is that the fish takes on flavor and when it is served in the soup it has a special taste.

Step 4: When the vegetables are cooked, the fish is added and it cooks in less than 5 minutes.

Step 5: Now the soup is ready, to serve it it is recommended to remove the fish on a separate tray, serve the broth and vegetables and finally place the fish on the plate.
