My recipe for Chicken-Based Pumpkin Cream.

Today I want to share with you my recipe for chicken-based pumpkin cream, this is an ideal recipe to strengthen the immune system, what we need to consume in this time that we live in quarantine by Covid-19.

Chicken feet are very popular in Venezuela because it helps to increase platelets and thereby fight diseases such as dengue and flu. In addition, pumpkin is also a vegetable that contains many vitamins and minerals that is also highly protein.

Pumpkin cream is served as a starter plate and is ideal for serving children, they tend to like it a lot and so we take advantage of it to feed them nutritionally.

Ingredients:

pumpkin
Chicken legs
1 liter of boiled water
Salt
Seasoning cube.
Oil with Onoto
Chili pepper
Garlic
Onion
Parsley
Celery
Oregano.

Preparation:

Step 1: After washing the chicken legs, place it in a pot, add the salt, the garlic cloves cut into small pieces, add the oil with onoto.

Step 2: The pumpkin is washed and cut into pieces, added to the pot, together with the chicken legs, the chili pepper, onion, parsley, celery, and the oregano and the seasoning cube are added.

Step 3: Water is added and boiled for another 30 minutes.

Step 4: The chicken legs are removed, and everything that is in the pot is liquefied, that is, it is liquefied with the vegetables.

Step 5: Serve the pumpkin cream.

In this recipe I remove the chicken legs and liquefy the squash with the broth and vegetables, the legs come out with a lot of flavor if you like you can eat it too.
