The year 2020 was the toughest year of my life. Not because of Covid situation but dealing with my hubby's health. 2021 was a normal year with no ups and no downs. It was like almost a straight line. When 2022 set in, I was very hopeful that this year would change a lot of things for me. I was looking forward to the Crypto boom and hopeful that 2022 would be a good year for the Cryptos and I would be able to make my decision to permanently shift back home to India sooner. The beginning of the year looked good; things were moving in the right direction in every manner. Family wise, Health wise too it was all going fine.

But then towards end of the March something very unexpected happened and it took me and my family down. One of my very close uncle passed away and we found out that there was a big-time fraud done with his property and wealth in his last few days by a close confidant of his. It was very shocking for us as we all had very good faith for this person. We took some police help and we tried to go the legal way but then things never moved forward much. The next 5 months were stressful getting involved in these legal matters. And then one of our other close relatives passed away. The 2 back-to-back deaths were hard to digest.

After 5 months we finally decided to give up our uncle's case and we just decided to leave the faith of that man on the destiny. I always believe that no matter what and whoever you are Karma always gets back. We may not always be present to witness it but it will for sure and with that intention we closed the case from our side as it was getting stressful for my hubby who had recovered from a very major illness. It was not worth it to give it a priority over his health and our peace of mind. Good we took the decision; we are at much peace and happy now and out of that stressful energy.

The Crypto market did not give much of a anticipated result in 2022 and rather towards the end of the year it went bizarre with the crashes and the back-to-back scams. So as of now these stays on hold and I am also thinking of my timeline to move back to India permanently. As of now I cannot take the decision as I need to have some good financial security to take that decision. Because once we move to India my husband quits his job and I do not want him to work any further then.

We also had some emotional moments between me, hubby and son in this year. My Son had a break up over his long 6-year relationship. He was going through an emotional turmoil and along with him we were also feeling the pain. We were also heavily emotionally invested in their relationship. It took a toll on all of us, majorly my son.

Like there were some unexpected falls in this year, at the same time there were some unexpected ups also in this year.
We had a wonderful family holiday this year after a gap of 3 years. There were some unexpected holidays also like our travel to Switzerland which was never planned for this year and it happened. I was overjoyed because I was longing to visit here since some time.

The other good thing was, though my son ended with his long relationship in the beginning of the year, by end of the year he found a compatible partner for himself and both of them are happy with each other and that makes us also very happy.

The biggest winner of this year was starting on my off-grid dream home. We were able to buy the land and have started with the work and so eagerly looking forward for it to complete.

While my expectation was much higher from this year but it did not disappoint me completely. While some pain was there, and at the same time there were many things to smile at also.
