My Indoor Garden Journal in June

A day before I showcased my outdoor garden. It's all about the @GardenHive community posts for showing off your gardens - It's June & Time for Showing Off Your Gardens!. I never had much of passion for having indoor plants in my space. It was just some couple of years back, to be very precise around 4 years back that I started my journey with my indoor plants. I must say that since the time I have started with this journey every single day I have been in love with my indoor plants. The positive vibe that they give in my space is magical. I have them almost all around now. Specially near my work desk are the maximum. I like to keep watching them and doing my work.

In the initial days I had planted quite a few of them, but then I had very little knowledge of maintaining them and most of them died. From the beginning there is only one plant that has been with me so far. This is just the 1/3rd of the plant that you can see. It keeps growing and growing and I love that.

My Lucky Bamboos have been with me for around 2 years now. They were very small, 12 inches when I had bought them and now they are almost 3 ft. Though 2 of them gave up, of which one I could partially retain by cutting off the dead part and planting the remaining part.

This particular one, I really do not know which one it is. My cook brought it for me some months back and since then it has been growing well, from baby plant it has become almost 4 ft now. It's growing very fast. The small one next to it is the lucky bamboo plant where one of the bamboo shoots as I mentioned had started turning to yellow and it was dying of, so I cut that part and planted the remaining part. It has not grown but it has remained as is since then.

There are 3 Philodendron plants in my space. They are easy to manage and they grow a lot. I like the abundance of green that they give and the soothing effect.

This is what they call the Arrowhead plant. It grows fast. I like the way the leaves just keep coming out and filling my space. One of them has now grown very big and it has soft branches and not strong enough to allow it to stand straight, so I had to tie it up with a thread.

Whatever falls off or a part of their branch when they start turning yellow I remove that part and then from it whatever good part is there I put them in a jar of water. They remain fresh in that manner and also add up glow to my space. I have quite a few jars which supports all the falls. New roots do come out from it, so if I plant them again they will start growing. I keep doing that on and off, in that manner my indoor space stays in full bloom.

So that's about it from my indoor garden.

Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸

I find plants so peaceful, wish my space were less dim and decluttered but if my future space is more diaphanous I'll give it a try

Beautiful plants! I love green plants and the soothing effects they give. I have a few plants around my space. Like tuning into them when I'm around and the experiences that comes with it.

We can always transfer our love to the plants that we nurture. These are very beautiful plants. I love how that all look, especially the very first plant.

That was so nice for your cook to gift you a plant.✨

your garden is very beautiful, in which i have seen some new plants , All these plants can be grown indoors as well. You take special care of the environment, so that the fragrance of the house smells of the plant
