[Esp-Eng]Celebrando el día de la mujer - Celebrating Women's Day

Hola queridos amigos, espero estén muy bien y que estén disfrutando de un feliz fin de semana.!

Hoy comparto con ustedes cómo pase el día de la mujer 😊, una fecha muy especial que no dejemos pasar por alto, sobre todo entre amigos y familiares, enviando un mensaje diferente y lindo por diversas redes sociales, de mi parte regale algunas chucherías a las compañeras de trabajo.

Hoy célebre este día sintiéndome virtuosa y poderosa , jejeje, me reuní con mi nuevo grupo de amigas, con las cuales vengo haciendo bailoterapia toda sal tardes al salir del trabajo.

Entre todas acordamos llevar algo para merendar luego de la clase y así fue, a las 5 de la tarde todas nos reunimos en el Centro de Convenciones de mi Cuidad y la profesora prometió hacer algo suave y que terminaríamos un poco antes para que nos diera tiempo compartir.

Yo llevé galletas porque noe daba tiempo preparar algo en casa pero otras compañeras si llevaron empanadas, salsas caseras, pan al ajillo ..había un menú variado variado para picar.

Empezamos la clase pero la profesora nos engaño, jajaja sudamos demás y bailamos muchas canciones graciosas y de ritmo acelerado, la pasamos muy bien fue un momento lleno de risas y relajación, todas terminamos empapada en sudor pero felices.

Luego hicimos un círculo y empezamos a merendar, ya para finalizar se rifaron dos regalos y todo estuvo muy bonito y bien organizado, no fue nada elaborado pero si muy especial!

Me encanta ser parte de este equipo de mujeres hermosas, alegres, capaces, dinámicas y sobre todo perseverantes!

Today I share with you how I spend the women's day 😊, a very special date that we do not let overlook, especially among friends and family, sending a different and cute message by various social networks, from my part I gave away some goodies to coworkers.

Today, celebrating this day feeling virtuous and powerful, hehehe, I met with my new group of friends, with whom I have been doing dance therapy all afternoons after work.

We all agreed to bring something to snack after class and so it was, at 5 pm we all met at the Convention Center of my city and the teacher promised to do something soft and that we would finish a little earlier to give us time to share.

I brought cookies because I didn't have time to prepare something at home but other classmates brought empanadas, homemade sauces, garlic bread...there was a varied menu to snack on.

We started the class but the teacher tricked us, hahaha we sweated a lot and danced many funny songs and fast paced, we had a great time was a time full of laughter and relaxation, we all ended up soaked in sweat but happy.

Then we made a circle and began to snack, and to finish we raffled two gifts and everything was very nice and well organized, it was nothing elaborate but very special!

I love being part of this team of beautiful, cheerful, capable, dynamic and above all persevering women!
