Semáforo de la conducta [spa-eng]
Hola amigos y talentosos artistas que hoy hacen vida en este espacio 😁! Es un placer para mí poder compartir mis manualidades con ustedes, anhelando el fin de semana para poder dedicarme a este ecosistema; leerles, admirarles y también hacer mi aporte de contenido original para hiveblog.
Hace pocas semanas, la maestra de mi hija me pidió el favor de que la ayudara a realizar un semáforo de la conducta, esta es una herramienta que puede ayudar a los pequeños a identificar como se estan comportando en clases de forma muy sencilla.
Mi hija estudia 3er nivel de preescolar así que la gran mayoría no sabe leer pero si pueden identificar la tres imágenes principales de este semáforo de la conducta.
Me agrada ser parte de estos proyectos que sirven para orientar a los niños, por eso cuando la maestra me pidió ayuda no dude en colaborar y le sugerí realizarlo en foami ya que es un material económico y duradero, de modo que pueda quedarse en el salón y servir para los años siguientes.
Les comparto la lista de materiales que utilice
- lamina de anime rectangular (esta es reciclada)
- Cartulina escolar de color
- Cartulina escarchada
- 2 hojas de máquina blancas
- Foami grande escarchado
- 5 Foamis pequeños de colores variados
- 2 botellas de plástico (reusadas)
- Paletas de madera
- Marcador y silicón
Empecemos...
Iniciamos forrando la lamina de foami, en este caso, utilice una reciclada que tenía unos hoyos pero al forrarla con la cartulina quedó muy bien
Recordemos siempre utilizar colores que hagan contraste y que sean llamativos
Ahora marcamos 3 círculos iguales pero en colores diferentes de foami, bien sea con un compas o algo que tenga esa circunferencia, en este caso me guíe con una tapa redonda y elegí los colores verde, amarillo y rojo 🚦 para simular los de un semáforo

A few weeks ago, my daughter's teacher asked me to help her make a behavioral traffic light, this is a tool that can help children identify how they are behaving in class in a very simple way.
My daughter is a 3rd grade preschooler so most of them can't read but they can identify the three main images of this behavioral traffic light.
I like to be part of these projects that serve to guide the children, so when the teacher asked me for help I did not hesitate to collaborate and I suggested to make it in foami because it is an economical and durable material, so that it can stay in the classroom and serve for the following years.
Here is the list of materials I used
- rectangular anime sheet (this one is recycled)
- Colored school poster board
- Frosted cardboard
- 2 white machine sheets
- Large frosted foami
- 5 small Foamis of assorted colors
- 2 plastic bottles (reused)
- Wooden paddles
- Marker and silicone
Let's start...
We start by lining the foami sheet, in this case, I used a recycled one that had some holes but when we lined it with the cardboard it turned out very well.
Remember to always use contrasting colors that are eye-catching.
Now we mark 3 equal circles but in different colors of foami, either with a compass or something that has that circumference, in this case I was guided with a round top and chose the colors green, yellow and red 🚦 to simulate those of a traffic light.
Recorte las botellas de plástico, en este caso utilice la base y medi 12 cm de altura, recorte por la mitad, de modo que con una botella salieron dos y utilice una segunda botella de la que solo use la mitad para completar las 3 partes que necesitaba.
Forre con foami escarchado y en la base coloque foami de colores, aunque solo por estética ya esa parte no estará visible, sin embargo me gusta cuidar cada detalle.
Cut the plastic bottles, in this case I used the base and measured 12 cm in height, cut in half, so that with a bottle came out two and used a second bottle of which I only used half to complete the 3 parts I needed.
I lined with frosted foami and placed colored foami on the base, although only for aesthetics and that part will not be visible, however I like to take care of every detail.
Con foami realice los ojos, Hice los detalles de las pestañas y la boca con marcador negro punta fina.
Realice círculos de 3.5 cm de diámetro según la cantidad de alumnos que hay actualmente en el salón de mi hija, foami rosa para las niñas y foami azul para los niños, los pegue en las paletas, de este modo la maestra podra colocar los nombres de cada niño
With foami I made the eyes, I made the details of the eyelashes and the mouth with black fine tip marker.
I made circles of 3.5 cm in diameter according to the number of students currently in my daughter's classroom, pink foami for the girls and blue foami for the boys, I glued them on the paddles, so that the teacher can place the names of each child.
Para sustituir las palabras, utilice imágenes y la realice según el color que representa en el semáforo, checkmark en verde, alerta en amarillo, equis en rojo.
To replace the words, use images and make it according to the color it represents in the traffic light, checkmark in green, alert in yellow, x in red.
Cuando trabajamos en foami es muy útil marcar con un palito de brocheta o punta, evitando usar lápiz o marcador que pueden manchar este material.
Next, make the border in frosted foami.
**When working in foami it is very useful to mark with a skewer stick or tip, avoiding using pencil or marker that can stain this material.
Realice también una leyenda, identifique con el nombre y lo que significa cada color o carita
Also make a legend, identify with the name and meaning of each color or face.
Y así quedó este hermoso proyecto escolar para el salón de mi hija ☺️ pero que también puede ser útil para utilizar en casa y ayudar a identificar y regular el comportamiento de los pequeños de la casa
And so was this beautiful school project for my daughter's classroom ☺️ but it can also be useful to use at home to help identify and regulate the behavior of the little ones at home.
