Today I made some wonderful cupcakes

Hi everyone, today I made some cupcakes with my cousin Eduardo. He is 8 years old and is very good in the kitchen. I've learned a lot of things from him. it's really amazing how he loves to cook, I really think he's going to be a cook.

We made some lemon muffins, or is it orange? watch until the end and try it with your family and friends.

You can choose either lemon or orange. Choose what you like best. We like oranges better but as we already made oranges last week, this week we decided to try them with lemons.

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 80 grams of sugar
• 1 lemon
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 120 grams of T55 flour
• 120 grams of butter

Preparation:

• Hit the eggs, sugar and lemon zest with a wire rod. - involve the flour and yeast
• Add the melted butter
• Put the dough in individual forminhas and take it to the oven for 15 minutes (depends on the oven) preheated to 180 degrees.

Tips :

• You can replace the lemon with orange.
• You can grease the individual molds with butter and flour or use paper molds.
• If you prefer it in cake, you must double the amount of ingredients.
