Today's dinner

Hello everyone, today my boyfriend and I decided to make a francesinha. It's a food that we haven't eaten for a long time and so we decided to make it at home because we didn't feel like leaving the house. We live in Portugal in the city of Porto. For those who don't know Francesinha is a typical food from Porto, I never ate a Francesinha as good as the ones from Porto. I strongly advise anyone who comes to the city of Porto to eat a francesinha

I started by putting a slice of rich bread, I fried steak, mushrooms, bacon, sausage, ham, sausage then I put another slice of rich bread, put 4 slices of cheese on top, put it in the oven to heat, then fried the egg and put on top and at the end I also put a little sauce. For me I didn't put too much sauce because I don't like it very much. And the picture is also missing the fries
