Fitness: 25th November 2021 + A Did You Know Fitness Question

Good Morning

I am back after a self-imposed sabbatical for a few days. I just wanted to ensure that days did not become weeks, and here I am. While I was on with my fitness schedule, I just couldn't come around to get my articles written. Hmm.. what could keep me so busy? Cluttered mind? Hahaha.

So, the mornings are pleasant, as it was in my last update, only the unseasonal rains have stopped. It does get drizzling once in a while, but hardly anything for the showers we are used to.

What about my fitness schedule?

Today was all about weights. I chose my standard triplet form. Just for new readers, triplet form is nothing but adding three different body exercises into one superset. Each superset is done without a break.

Here's my triplet (superset):

  1. Arms
  2. Shoulder
  3. Back and Abs

While the going is easy now, I try to make it challenging with more reps. I also did a couple of minutes of stress training. It was all an excellent end to a great exercise regime. I feel that I have been lax over the last month. I did a lot but was not very well managed. Maybe, if I took a close look, I might find that I could do more in the same available time. That's what I intend to do today. I would be drawing up a new schedule for the day and would love to see how that goes.

I couldn't just wind up without Ho'oponopono. A few sessions did me good. For those wanting to learn more about Ho'oponoponoo, here is my write-up on the topic.

Have fun reading and practicing.

Anyway, that's it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.

Namaste.

Did You Know?

The record for the most step-ups with a 60 lb weight is held by Ron Cooper of Massachusetts, USA. Ron completed 60 step-ups in one minute. That's like one per second. Phew! He is also the holder of nine other records, which I had covered in my past articles.

These records may appear to be the same, but it is not. Do pay attention, and you will see that these are different ones. Ron holds more than 23 records, and we will be looking closely at each in the coming few days. If you wish, you can read more about Ron in this article.
