Hello beautiful family of @hivesucre, I know I've been quite lost, but studies consume me a lot. I recently made a trip to my beloved town Merito, located in the Araya Peninsula, Venezuela. I really missed going to visit and I had a year without going there, so when my mom told me that we had to travel there, I did not hesitate to start arranging all my luggage. The next day we had to get up super early, since we were going by boat directly to Araya, (which by the way was very fast), and then transfer from there to the town by van.

It turns out that my uncle was working that day and we took the opportunity to go in his truck. The trip was very quiet, I had not been on this road for many years, since we used to go straight to Merito and not through Araya. It took a little longer on the road, where I felt it took forever, because I wanted to get there. When we were already entering the town, I felt an indescribable emotion, it is so quiet and relaxed that you do not want to leave, it made you forget all your worries.

I was able to enjoy my stay very much, I missed its beautiful beaches, its sunsets, that peace that it transmits. I really did not want to return to Cumana hahaha, and more when the place was so lively for the Christmas holidays, where they always do activities and decorations for the dates, unfortunately I only had time to participate in a lottery to raise funds for the people (which certainly did not win anything hahaha, although I had fun), but I did not have time to attend the rest, because I had to return to my regular classes.

But I am not leaving for long, I know I have to go back to celebrate Christmas with part of my family. The day I was supposed to return, I woke up super early and luckily there was a person with a boat that was going to arrive near my house. It was already dawn when the boat started, and little by little I could see how my beautiful town was moving away. I hope you liked my post, many greetings and hugs to all.

Hola bella familia de @hivesucre, se que he estado bastante perdida, pero es que los estudios me consumen muchísimo. Hace poco realicé un viaje a mi querido pueblo Merito, ubicado en la Península de Araya, Venezuela. De verdad extrañaba mucho ir de visita y más que tenía un año sin ir por esos lados, así que cuando mi mamá me dijo que debíamos viajar hacia allá, no dudé en comenzar a arreglar todo mi equipaje. Al día siguiente nos teníamos que levantar super temprano, ya que nos íbamos por la lancha directamente hacia Araya, (que por cierto fue muy rápido), para después trasladarnos de allí al pueblo por camioneta.

Resulta que mi tío ese día estaba trabajando y aprovechamos de irnos en su camioneta. El recorrido fue muy tranquilo, tenía muchos años que no pasaba por esta vía, siendo que antes nos íbamos directo a Merito y no por Araya. Tardamos un poco más en carretera, donde lo sentí eterno, porque ya quería llegar. Cuando ya estábamos entrando al pueblo, sentí una emoción indescriptible, es que es tan tranquilo y relajado que no provoca irse de allí, hacía que se te olvidarán todas las preocupaciones.

Pude disfrutar muchísimo mi estadía, echaba de menos sus hermosas playas, sus atardeceres, esa paz que transmite. De verdad que ya no quería regresar a Cumaná jajajaja, y más cuando el lugar se encontraba tan animado por las fiestas decembrinas, donde siempre acostumbran a hacer actividades y decoraciones por las fechas, lamentablemente solo me dio tiempo de participar en una lotería para recolectar fondos para el pueblo (que por cierto no gané nada jajaja, aunque si me divertí), pero no me dio tiempo de asistir a lo demás, porque debía regresar a mis clases habituales.

Pero no me voy por mucho tiempo, se que debo regresar para celebrar la navidad con parte de mi familia. El día que ya debía regresar, me levanté también super temprano y por suerte había una persona con un bote haciendo transporte y que justo iba a llegar cerca de mi casa. Ya estaba amaneciendo cuando el bote arrancó, y poco a poco pude ver cómo mi hermoso pueblo se alejaba. Espero que les haya gustado mi post, muchos saludos y abrazos para todos.
