I was wrong about BTC, but NOT TOTALLY wrong 🇬🇧 🇪🇸

Once again it shows that trading is patience, gentlemen. I wake up and I just look at the BTC chart where I have pointed out the possible path for the asset and I rejoice to see that my prediction has been accurate.

I was wrong, it is true, when I estimated an early move in that publication on November 15th. Exactly one month ago.

In that publication I showed you this chart and the possible movements that could occur, and it is true, sorry... the emotion captured me as it usually captures many traders and I estimated a time lapse of 72 hrs. My bad.

Analysis

That day I wrote:

In terms of volume, as of the November 10 candle, there are a few tidbits that can be observed. And that is that in my opinion, the move that corresponds to that low-bodied, high-volume candle is not yet complete and would be just below its low (15569 USD). The next trade on November 11 is the opposite, the volume is minimal in relation to the body of the candle. This is telling me that the price is about to reverse and it did... it first drops below its low and turns around.

With this in mind, there could be one more move to the downside before going higher. The first point to reach would be 18183 before heading to the supply zone marked on the chart.

When the river flows...

Anyone who chooses to work in or enter the financial markets, in addition to mastering the rudiments of technical analysis, should try to stay informed.

To be informed is not to consume the gossip that is spread by youtubers and people with little understanding of the cyclical nature of the market. That is why I always insist that we must learn to seek out the correct and specialised sources, in order to be able to discern between all the tangled and untangled webs of the internet.

Personally, I hate this FUD (Fear, uncertainty and doubt) that is taking over all the networks and that many, even those in the know, take it upon themselves to throw around like buckshot with each passing day.

We are clear that the global economic situation and inflation is too worrying, but to say that BTC is going to disappear, as I have read these days, that the crypto world will fall into a bottomless void, is another matter entirely.

Well-known, influential people, many of whom we follow and even admire, have echoed these wild claims.

And, I stress, I am not now excited about the rise, I am not imbued with that feeling that makes us take wrong decisions in the market. I am simply observing and the chart for me is very, very revealing.

The market is moving in search of liquidity. At the moment I see a rise to 20K, most likely, and maybe even a little bit more, but then... we could fall again. And that's based on what I'm going to tell you below.

This river that has been flowing does not necessarily bring stones, my friends, traders... hivers.

As I have learned to analyse in terms of volume from Anna Coulling and her wonderful book "A Complete Guide to Volume Price Analysis", this is the move that corresponds.

The key is in that candle that I pointed out to you.

On the other hand, traders who are familiar with institutional analysis know that there is a large imbalance there that needs to be filled. Any liquidity gap in the market has to be filled sooner rather than later.

But the question is, are we ready for such a brutal downward move now? I don't think it is the time yet, but I insist that it could happen, of course!

For the time being we must be attentive to accurate information, collate data and understand that it is not the retail traders who determine here, it is the institutions, the whales, and we have to learn to swim with them.

Kind regards and let's keep on studying, preparing ourselves so as not to fall into drawn, non-existent loopholes. And don't over-leverage yourself, there's no need.
