I send a warm greeting to all those hives that make life in the community @WEEKEND EXPERIENCES, I would like to share my before and after, preparations for the Christmas dinner of the foundationLa Voz de la Esperanza. Where I live.
Every year at this time we come together to carry out what we call Agape, which means religious fraternal meal. This union is beautiful where the majority of us of the same one we are devoted to carry out. Forming several teams, in this opportunity I am in the team of a traditional meal called hallacas.
This day we joined a group of ladies and gentlemen to prepare this delicious dish, some of us were in charge of preparing the stew, others of assembling it, others of tying it and others of preparing the firewood, it was great to share all together under the bond of harmony and joy.
Without this beautiful and great team we would not have made it because it is a dish that takes a lot of work to make 200 hallacas and thus be able to enjoy Sunday with a beautiful feast and party, where we heard bagpipes, parrandas, carols, play the living birth, carried out by children of the foundation, choreography, games, surprises, etc..
It was a weekend of great enthusiasm, joy, preparation, sharing, exchanging talks, fellowship, all together in harmony, away from the stress to give entrance to the magic of Christmas, our children, youth, young people and all ages joined together as one, laughter, jokes, in short it was full exciting, beautiful, to be next to these beautiful people.
Our traditional dish is composed of hallaca, roasted chicken or pernil, ham bread and chicken or hen salad, with a milky sweet, cake and drinks, all depending on the reach of the families.
We give thanks first of all to God and to each of the people who came together to collaborate financially, with ingredients so that all this will be carried out and will end all happy, at the end of the photos that should not be missing.
