Howdy! Happy #hiveopenmic. As always, it's a pleasure for me to be able to share around here, plus I've taken this as an incentive to perform new songs; one that the song I bring today is more of a memory of a cover I hadn't finished.

This song was kind of stored in a memory box of songs I learned from other songwriters during my forties. There are also songs inside that box that I wrote but I am ashamed of. All those songs lie in doubt as to whether they will ever serve me heh, heh, maybe I will show them at some point and be able to define their space in my repertoire.

Options, I had enough, but none called my attention as much as the root of "Natalia Lafourcade", I meditated on the idea of shelter and love in the memories that this song transmits me, it seemed to me that the message has a very affectionate message of acceptance, appreciation and gratitude.

Natalia Lafourcade made this song trying to represent the southern Mexican folklore, hand in hand she talks about the way of the earth and its way of healing, healing which is manifested through the purification of memories and the mind. The lyrics also continue to talk about time and the value that it emerges upon itself and the mission to protect.

I think I can relate the above to this week's theme if I look at this kind of love as something more profound, maybe it speaks of a child, because the chorus says: "I carry you inside me to the root, and no matter how much you grow you will be here" maybe it is a pregnancy or, perhaps, that maternal feeling of love that resembles more the purity of true love. Don't misunderstand me, it is not my intention to talk about motherhood, but rather the essence of what this is, a largely selfless and self-sacrificing love.

Que tal! Feliz #hiveopenmic. Como siempre, es para mi un placer poder compartir por aquí, además de que me he tomado esto como un insentivo para interpretar nuevas canciones; un que la canción que hoy traigo es más un recuerdo de un cover que no había terminado.

Esta canción estaba como guardada en una caja de recuerdos de canciones que aprendí de otros autores durante la cuarentena. También existen dentro de esa caja canciones que escribí pero que me avergüenzan. Todas esas canciones yacen en la duda de si alguna vez me servirán je, je, tal vez las muestre en algún momento y pueda definir su espacio en mi repertorio.

Opciones, tuve bastante, pero ninguna me llamó tanto la atención como hasta la raíz, de "Natalia Lafourcade", medite en la idea de resguardo y amor en los recuerdos que esta canción me transmite, me pareció que el mensaje tiene un mensaje muy cariñoso de aceptación, apreciación y agradecimiento.

Natalia Lafourcade hizo esta canción tratando de representar el folclore mexicano sureño, de la mano nos habla del camino de la tierra y su forma de sanación, sanación la cual se manifiesta a través de la purificación de los recuerdos y la mente. La letra también nos sigue hablando sobre el tiempo y el valor que este emerge sobre si mi mismo y la misión de proteger.

Creo que puedo reoalocinar lo antes explicado con la temática de esta semana si observo este tipo de amor como algo más sorofundo, tal vez habla de un hijo, porque el coro dice : "Yo te llevo dentro hasta la raiz, y por mas que crezcas vas a estar aquí" tal vez es un embarazo o, tal vez, esa sensación maternal de amor que se asemeja más a la pureza del amor verdadero. No me mal interpreten, no es mi intención hablar de maternidad, si no de mas bien la esencia de lo que es esto, un amor en gran parte desinteresado y sacrificado.
