A beautiful selection of songs brother! And I totally agree with the messages of self love you give, loving yourself is fundamental to the ability to cope and solve many things, I am currently trying to take that on.

That's right, self love is the foundation of whatever affection we might want to give to others. It is impossible to give love when we don't have it.
