Greetings musical brothers! We are already in another edition of three Tune Tuesday, thanks to @ablaze and his creative mind that started this initiative.

Today I would like to share something other than rock, although I was about to do it again, I decided at the last minute to talk a little bit about the great Bob Marley! It is normal to talk about reggae and think of Bob, of course, he is one of its great pioneers. I must confess that I don't know much about reggae, in fact, I don't listen to it much either, so why will I talk about it today? Well, I will really share the music of Bob Marley, because I consider him to be one of the greatest artists that has ever existed, his music with social messages, consciousness, protest and spirituality, marked an important era even at a political level within Jamaica, and I know that it also gave positive influence to many other nations and peoples.

Bob Marley made two rival politicians shake hands in peace on a stage in front of many people, this after he was shot in his own home where he and his wife were almost killed, yet Bob refused to cancel his concert in the name of peace. So well, here I will share three emblematic songs of Bob Marley to pay tribute to him and remember him for his great work of awareness through music.

Saludos hermanos musicales!

Could you be love.

We start with a simply brutal song. "You can love or be loved". This song talks about union and freedom, nobody can come to force us to assume a way of thinking, we are entities with the right to be free, to assume our own path, but our own path is also the path of love, to love our human brothers, to love ourselves.

There is a part of the song that says: "when you point out you are being pointed out" or something like that. This refers to the prejudice and judgment that prevails in humanity, the song also says that the road is rocky, there are many obstacles, we can all stumble, but we do not have the right to criticize even our own stumbles, we must understand that the world is difficult and that we are all working and struggling in a very complex process. Let's be compassionate! Love your neighbor as yourself.

¡Seamos compasivos! Ama a tu prójimo como a ti mismo.

Small Axe.

The following song is literally a slap in the face to all the governments and tyrants that rule the world. Basically, Bob Marley refers to the great leaders and corporations that "control" the world, speaking of them as vain, opportunistic people, who play at outsmarting others, believing they are above everything and everyone.

The arrogance of the rulers has no limit, I know very well that they think they are gods, but as dear Bob says in this song: He who digs a hole is going to fall in it. Governments think they are invincible, but they have not realized that all the damage they have done to the earth and to humanity is the grave they have dug for themselves. Bob protested against this reality of domination for many years, certainly an advanced person for his time, with an accurate and realistic vision of the injustice of the world.

One love.

I love this song madly, it's too beautiful. I thought it was an excellent idea to end with something more directed towards love and gratitude.

One love is a song that talks about union, faith and well, obviously, love. The song invites us to unite as brothers, pray and thank God, the universe, chance, evolution, whatever we consider superior to us and that, in some way or another, influences our existence not only in the present, but in the past and the future, bringing us to this moment and giving way to a lot of possibilities. The lyrics also tell us to be unconcerned with irreverent words, to live life in love and gratitude.

Without a doubt, Bob was an artist who dedicated his conscience and his heart to create wonderful music to reflect and awaken. Songs that touch the mind and heart bringing clarity and hope. He will always be remembered, even in the minds of people who are not big reggae fans like me. Thank you Bob, your legacy lives on in the hearts of many.

Anyway, that's as far as we've come. I hope you have enjoyed this selection. Until the next song.

Bob is a great choice for #ttt he is one musician that I never grow tired of listening to, he is just timeless, ageless, perfect any time, any place.

I saw a documentary about this recently and it was an amazing thing that Bob did, he knew how important it was and was willing to die for it. What a man, what a legend!! That word legend gets bandied around but Bob was a LEGEND, no doubt about it!
