Joy to the world... What greater than the happiness that humans can achieve as individuals?

Sometimes, in the midst of the observations I have towards my concepts, I can see the reflection of my pessimistic optimism. I say this because I have an opinion regarding collective ways out that will lead humanity to salvation, such opinion deduces that in this era it is basically impossible to achieve a positively radical change at a global level. I am not trying to say that we are lost, on the contrary, I am trying to assume that the responsibility of my actions and words as an individual are the answer to the true direction of joy.

In the past, or even on present occasions, I tend to believe that I am going to change something in others when I have not even managed to transcend my demons. The arrogance of believing to control something is characteristic of our nature. We cannot control or manage something that is happening outside of us, most of the time we do not even manage our thoughts. What makes me believe that I can revolutionize the world or people without first working on myself? I am not trying to say that you can't bring something positive to someone's life, but it is illogical to believe that you will bring happiness if you haven't achieved it in yourself first.

I no longer like to say what the problem of humanity is, because I feel that I would be committing the same arrogance of believing I know everything but, even so, from the observation I have of myself I deduce that the best contribution to existence is the healing that we manage to acquire within our individual process.

In the world there is enough evil, enough suffering and bad opinions. We have the power to contribute to our consciousness factors of goodness so that we can harvest our fruits and share them with others; I feel that if we all did this without expecting others to change or give us more than we give, we would live in true abundance.

What this week's theme makes me think is that the true joy for the world is that which we manage to find within ourselves. The best gift we can give is a sincere smile and a true interest for the good of the other, the essentiality is what defines our honesty with love.

Today I bring an original song called "Espacios de sencillez" (spaces of simplicity) this is a song in which I talk about different episodes of reflection and its passage through my mind. I mention aspects such as detachment and the search for happiness in simple but meaningful places and moments. I like to talk about this because sometimes I see that we have been sold the idea that happiness goes hand in hand with money or extravagant luxuries, when the most important moments are born from the simple fact of laughing and sharing with loved ones, watching a sunset, walking under the shade of the trees, helping another person; all this is what has the true meaning of what it is to live, is what really matters (or at least that's how I see it).

Alegría para el mundo... ¿Que mas grande que la felicidad que el humano puede lograr como individuo?

A veces, en medio de las observaciones que tengo hacia mis conceptos, puedo ver el reflejo de mi pesimista optimismo. Digo esto porque tengo una opinión con respecto a las salidas colectivas que lleven a la humanidad a la salvación, dicha opinión deduce que en esta era es básicamente imposible lograr un cambio positivamente radical a nivel global. No trato de decir que estamos perdidos, al contrario, trato de asumir que la responsabilidad de mis actos y palabras como individuo son la respuesta al verdadero
rumbo de la alegría.

En el pasado, o incluso en ocasiones presentes, tiendo a creer que voy a cambiar algo en otros cuando ni siquiera he logrado trascender mis demonios. La arrogancia de creer controlar algo es característica de nuestra naturaleza. No podemos controlar o manejar algo que esté sucediendo fuera de nosotros, la mayor parte del tiempo no manejamos ni los pensamientos ¿Que me hace creer que puedo revolucionar al mundo o a las personas sin antes trabajarme a mi mismo? No trato de decir que no se pueda aportar algo positivo para la vida de alguien, pero es ilógico creer que darás felicidad si no la has conseguido en ti primero.

Ya no me gusta decir cual es el problema de la humanidad, porque siento que estaría comentiendo la misma arrogancia de creer saberlo todo pero, aún así, por la observación que tengo de mi mismo deduzco que el mejor aporte a la existencia es la sanación que logramos adquirir dentro de nuestro proceso individual.

En el mundo hay suficiente mal, suficiente sufrimiento y malas opiniones. Nosotros tenemos el poder de aportar a nuestra conciencia factores de bondad para poder cosechar nuestros frutos y compartirlos con los demás; siento que si todos hiciéramos esto sin esperar que el otro cambie o nos dé mas de lo que ragalamos viviríamos en verdadera abundancia.

"Lo que la temática de esta semana me hace pensar es que la verdadera alegría para el mundo es aquella que logramos encontrar dentro de nosotros. El mejor regalo que podemos dar es una sonrisa sincera y un verdadero interés por el bien del otro, la esencialidad es la que define nuestra honestidad con el amor.*

Hoy traigo una canción original que lleva por nombre "Espacios de sencillez" (spaces of simplicity) esta es una canción en la cual hablo de diversos episodios de reflexión y su pasaje por mi mente. Menciono aspectos como el desapego y la búsqueda de la felicidad en en lugares y momentos sencillos pero de gran significado. Me gusta hablar de esto porque a veces veo que nos han vendido la idea de que la felicidad va de la mano del dinero o de lujos extravagantes, cuando los momentos más importantes nacen de él simple echo de reír y compartir con personas amadas, ver un atardecer, caminar bajo la sombra de los árboles, ayudar a otra persona; todo esto es lo que tiene el verdadero significado de lo que es vivir, es lo que realmente importa (o al menos así lo veo yo).
