Outdoor activities and adapting to nature at all times, green environments and cool air, are the most enjoyable things for me. Although you don't have to climb a mountain to get that atmosphere, you don't have to enter a free forest or anything else.

Yes, although sometimes I miss the atmosphere of the jungle and towering mountains with millions of large trees, free-flowing rivers, birdsong and sometimes seeing large animals in the forest directly.

Indeed, it has been some time since I have done that activity for several reasons. But the longing of a nature lover for the outdoors always comes, wanting to enjoy it again soon.

Sometimes to relieve the longing for the green of the open forest, I always look for other things in the environment, in the garden for example, or in the park. Even if it's just looking at the green leaves in the garden, paying attention to the little things in the garden. Green plants that are planted or plants that grow wild.

It's very pleasant to observe it, instead of making the eyes fresh again because of seeing green leaves or garden plants. In fact, it's true. That nature is a natural meditation that makes our body's senses fit again, one of which is our eyes. The more often we see green leaves, the better it will be for our eyes.

And I did it today. Instead of relieving my longing for the forest and climbing, I went to the garden just to reflect and had the opportunity to photograph some green leaves and plants that grow here.

This plant used to be considered ordinary, but now in some countries it is a valuable plant, because its fruit is sour and sweet and good for health. In my area it is called Ceplukan. Its scientific name is Physalis angulata which is also known as a herbal plant that is useful for health.
