To be honest, it takes a lot of things for me to get stressed, I am usually a kinda relaxed person. I think the secret is to constantly be doing things that relieve stress and not wait until it is too much.

In my case, every week I do something, whether it is writing, painting, or watching the sunset.

It is a combination of different things, I have weekly routines, for example; every Monday I go to a bakery close to where I live, and I have a good coffee and a croissant or a piece of cake. Saturdays are my writing days, I get together with a group of friends, and we came up with prompts and write about it. Sometimes on Fridays, I go for a beer and a cheeseburger.

Having friends around, your family, a partner, or even a pet can do wonders in your life.

Put yourself first, it is not about being selfish, it is about taking care of you.
You are the number one person, in your life. Ask yourself: Who takes care of you?

It is about knowing, your limits and that you can not overwhelm yourself. We only have one life, and stress only causes us to feel sad, depressed, and it makes us sick.

Make a list of things you like to do and work around it. Don’t live around your work, because that is a recipe for failure.

I can not write about the perfect things to not be stressed or to relieve stress because I do not have them. I just talk about myself, and what works for me.

Para ser honesta, se necesitan muchas cosas para yo me estrese, generalmente soy una persona un poco relajada. Creo que el secreto es estar constantemente haciendo cosas que alivien el estrés y no esperar hasta que sea demasiado.

En mi caso, todas las semanas hago algo, ya sea escribir, pintar o ver la puesta de sol.

Es una combinación de cosas diferentes, tengo rutinas semanales, por ejemplo; todos los lunes voy a una panadería cerca de donde vivo, y me tomo un buen café y un croissant o un pedazo de pastel. Los sábados son mis días de escritura, me reúno con un grupo de amigas, y escribimos sobre ideas, o temas que a la líder de la semana se le ocurren. A veces, los viernes, voy a tomarme una cerveza y una comerme hamburguesa con queso.

Tener amigos cerca, tu familia, una pareja o incluso una mascota puede hacer maravillas en tu vida.

Ponte primero, no se trata de ser egoísta, se trata de cuidarte a ti mismo. Eres la persona número uno en tu vida. Pregúntate: ¿Quién te cuida?

Se trata de saber, de tus límites y de que no puedes abrumarte. Solo tenemos una vida, y el estrés solo nos hace sentir tristes, deprimidos y nos enferma.

Haz una lista de las cosas que le gusta hacer y evita que el estrés sea un problema. No vivas alrededor de tu trabajo, porque esa es una receta para el fracaso.

No puedo escribir sobre las cosas perfectas para no estresarse o para aliviar el estrés porque no las tengo. Solo hablo de mí y de lo que funciona para mí.
