Hola queridos amigos de Hive es un placer estar con ustedes aquí en esta comunidad en donde podemos estar y hablar de los sentimientos y las emociones, así como nuestra lucha y amor con ellos. Para esta oportunidad les estaré hablando sobre la Nostalgia, ese sentimiento que nos invade cuando algo triste se aproxima o cuando extrañamos algo con el corazón, es por eso que está oportunidad es precisa para hablar de él ya que se acerca la navidad.
La nostalgia es algo que nos rodea a muchas personas, más en estos tiempos que se aproxima la navidad ya que este sentimiento nos invade al no tener muchos factores presente en nuestra vida ya sea material o en persona, pero lo más importante es poder controlar de manera mejor este sentimiento.

Hello dear friends of Hive it is a pleasure to be with you here in this community where we can be and talk about feelings and emotions, as well as our struggle and love with them. For this opportunity I will be talking about Nostalgia, that feeling that invades us when something sad is approaching or when we miss something with our heart, that's why this opportunity is precise to talk about it since Christmas is coming.
Nostalgia is something that surrounds us to many people, more in these times that Christmas is approaching because this feeling invades us to not have many factors present in our lives either material or in person, but the most important thing is to better control this feeling.
Nostalgia, sentimiento que aparece en navidad.
Cuando llega la navidad es cuando esté sentimiento es más prominente ya que añoramos muchas cosas, entre ellas la principal que es nuestra familia, para mí es fácil tener la nostalgia de mi lado en estos días ya que tengo parientes lejos de casa, como es el caso de mi hermana y eso me duele ya que tenerla lejos y no verla por alrededor de 5 años me pone nostálgica. En la vida he aprendido a controlar de manera muy positiva este sentimiento ya que siempre pienso que las cosas vuelven a su rumbo, espero que todo se pueda calmar y volver a ver personas amadas para mí como lo es mi familia, es por eso que en navidad siempre aparece la nostalgia en una primera fila.
Una manera de poder controlar este sentimiento es teniendo un contacto más seguido con aquellos que lo hacen posible, también tratando de visitar y hacer otras cosas que nos llene el alma de amor, cuando abarca totalmente nuestra vida este se vuelve tedioso, en oportunidades nos abre las puertas a otras cosas. Cuando la nostalgia nos invade está nos hace la vida muy triste, sentimos que extrañamos hasta lo más mínimo, nuestra vida se nos hace muy fuerte y sentimos que morimos, en ocasiones podemos caer en depresión si no actuamos de modo tal que este no nos haga pasar por algo negativo, la nostalgia es un sentimiento de frágil momento, en el que podemos estar bien y en la que estamos mal.
When Christmas comes is when this feeling is more prominent because we miss many things, among them the main one which is our family, for me it is easy to have nostalgia on my side these days because I have relatives far from home, as is the case of my sister and that hurts me because having her away and not seeing her for about 5 years makes me nostalgic. In life I have learned to control in a very positive way this feeling because I always think that things go back to their course, I hope that everything can calm down and see again people loved for me as my family, that is why at Christmas always appears the nostalgia in a first row.
One way to control this feeling is to have more frequent contact with those who make it possible, also trying to visit and do other things that fill our soul with love, when it totally covers our life it becomes tedious, sometimes it opens the doors to other things. When nostalgia invades us it makes our life very sad, we feel that we miss even the smallest thing, our life becomes very strong and we feel that we die, sometimes we can fall into depression if we do not act in such a way that this does not make us go through something negative, nostalgia is a feeling of fragile moment, in which we can be well and in which we are bad.
Mis momentos de nostalgia,como he ido resolviendo
Una de las cosas que más nostalgia me da es el tiempo, aunque parezca loco es algo que me pone triste en ocasiones, con esto también se viene encima la edad, es algo que por más que pueda dar vueltas siempre tendré nostalgia ya que me doy cuenta que la vida pasa muy rápido y atrás vamos dejando esos momentos vividos, como tal es el caso de nuestras navidades de la infancia, para mí recordar esta parte de mi vida me llena de nostalgia, aunque sé que tuve una buena infancia, recordar esa parte me da algo de tristeza. La navidad para mí es hermandad, paz, reconciliación y amor, una época que me llena de amor y nostalgia solo por aquellos que no están a mi lado, los que se han ido y los que estan por faltar, son cosas diferentes, pero que me llena el alma de un sentimiento increíble.
Una de las cosas que también me da bastante nostalgia es la universidad, esos tiempos bonitos que viví junto a mis amigos, profesores y demás personas que estuvieron en mi camino, hoy en día recuerdo esa época y doy gracias a Dios por permitir vivir de una manera bonita esta parte de mi vida, para mí no va a existir mejor época que esa, hoy en día mis amigos están en sus vida y asumiendo partes muy importante de su vida. Cuando recuerdo esa etapa, mi vida y corazón salta de alegría por darme la dicha de vivir a plenitud con ella y darme el gusto de poder alcanzar una meta en ella, la nostalgia siempre viene acompañada de aquellas cosas que nos hicieron felices y que recordando bonito.
One of the things that gives me more nostalgia is time, although it seems crazy is something that makes me sad sometimes, with this also comes the age, it is something that no matter how much I can turn around I will always have nostalgia as I realize that life passes very quickly and we leave behind those moments lived, as such is the case of our childhood Christmas, for me remembering this part of my life fills me with nostalgia, although I know I had a good childhood, remembering that part gives me some sadness. Christmas for me is brotherhood, peace, reconciliation and love, a time that fills me with love and nostalgia only for those who are not by my side, those who are gone and those who are about to be gone, are different things, but that fills my soul with an incredible feeling.
One of the things that also gives me a lot of nostalgia is the university, those beautiful times that I lived with my friends, teachers and other people who were in my way, today I remember that time and I thank God for allowing me to live in a beautiful way this part of my life, for me there will be no better time than that, today my friends are in their lives and assuming very important parts of their lives. When I remember that time, my life and heart leaps with joy for giving me the joy of living it to the fullest and giving me the pleasure of achieving a goal in it, nostalgia is always accompanied by those things that made us happy and remembering them beautifully, I am very happy to have been able to live with them.
Mi vida en conjunto con la nostalgia
La nostalgia la podemos vivir desde grande hasta los más pequeños de la casa, es un sentimiento que nos invade y nos hace más fuerte, ya que el mismo se encarga de darnos la fuerza suficiente de salir adelante, cuando siento Nostalgia en mi vida, me gusta siempre ir más allá de lo que siento, me despejó mi mente siempre cuando voy a lugares que me ayudan a despejar. Una de las manera más divertidas de la nostalgia es poder enlazar un medio que permita que eso de disipe,como una llamada, un mensaje, una carta o una visita, siendo esta última la mejor de todas, pero en ocasiones no se puede, espero les haya gustado mis pensamientos sobre ello que es y como llevo la nostalgia en mi vida.

Nostalgia is a feeling that invades us and makes us stronger, since it is responsible for giving us enough strength to move forward, when I feel nostalgia in my life, I always like to go beyond what I feel, I always clear my mind when I go to places that help me to clear. One of the most fun ways of nostalgia is to be able to link a means that allows that to dissipate, as a call, a message, a letter or a visit, the latter being the best of all, but sometimes you can not, I hope you liked my thoughts on what it is and how I carry the nostalgia in my life.

You have titled this article with the word "nostalgia". Nowadays, nostalgia is defined as the feeling that brings us sadness. We remember happy moments that will never come back because they are part of our life experience. Or also, it makes us feel emptiness for those situations of sadness and pain, which still remain in our memories. All this is part of our life and cannot be erased. The good thing is to remain optimistic, cheerful, to look for what makes us happy in the present.

Recordamos momentos felices que ya no volverán porque forman parte de nuestra experiencia de vida. O también, nos hace sentir el vacio por esas situaciones de tristeza y dolor, que aún quedan en nestro srecuerdos. Todo ello forma parte de nuestra vida y no se puede borrar. Lo bueno es mantenerse optimista, alegre, buscar en el presente lo que nos hace feliz.

Hoy nos compartiste un post muy emotivo. Estar cerca de la familia son privilegios que muy pocos poseen, para algunos puede ser que están muy lejos de ellos, como en tu caso y para otros quizás por la muerte no tendrán a ese familiar que los acompañe.
Pero, nos recordaste muchas formas de sentir alivio aún sintiendo nostalgia. Gracias por tu apoyo constante en la comunidad. También nos alegra que formes parte de ella, un abrazo fuerte @nathyortiz
Siempre agradecida con sus emotivos mensaje de respuesta, sinceramente cual sea la circunstancia nos pone muy triste cuando no tenemos a nuestros seres queridos cerca, es algo que me pone mal,aunque para ser sincera he pasado los dos. Un abrazo a ustedes también, por facilitar este gran espacio para socializar los sentimientos y las emociones de una manera más relajada.
