March went at full speed🏃, but not before opening many doors and windows, they were days of reflection overlooking the deep waters, those that agonize but never lose hope hope to be what they once were, transparent and crystalline 💦.

The days were about challenges, about taking care of your health, about well-being, about putting effort into everything.

March was women's month, perhaps many see it as something symbolic, however it reminds us how lucky we are to live with this role until the end of our days. We celebrate it by doing dance therapy to assume that we must be empowered and at the same time take care of ourselves.

Pride was everywhere. Being a mother gives me that advantage, the privilege of seeing my beloved girl as she grows, as she demonstrates her abilities. I couldn't feel happier. We learned together.

Lots of healthy routine, cardio, delicious low-calorie foods, cycling, walking. The challenges were raised, maintained and continue.

The days of reflection were to heal wounds that are not worth keeping open, peace of mind, organize ideas, organize the room 😉, rest at home 🏠.

See my mother in the most beautiful ritual, while she prepared her traditional dulce de leche. It's priceless.

We met a little dog friend who stole our hearts ❤️ during the time we had her.

To finish Easter we spent an afternoon at the pool, with my hat for the sun ⛅ so as not to die from its intensity. It was a day to rest, to be grateful, to reflect, to forgive oneself. To see the light that shines before us, the one that is greater than the darkness. A beautiful 💐 March, in a hurry but calmly at the same time, with attitude, with faith, with challenges achieved.

Marzo se fue a toda carrera🏃, pero no sin antes abrir muchas puertas y ventanas, fueron días de reflexión con vista a las profundas aguas, esas que agonizan pero que jamás pierden la esperanza de ser lo que una vez fueron, transparente y cristalinas 💦.

Los días fueron de retos, de cuidar la salud, de bienestar, de poner empeño en cada cosa, de ganar dulces y deliciosas recompensas.

Marzo fue el mes de la mujer, quizás muchos lo ven como algo simbólico, sin embargo nos recuerda lo afortunadas que somos de vivir con este papel hasta el final de nuestros dias. Lo celebramos haciendo bailoterapia para asumir que debemos ser empoderadas y a la vez cuidarnos.

El orgullo estaba por todos lados. Ser mamá me da esa ventaja, el privilegio de ver a mi niña amada como crece, como demuestra sus capacidades. No podía sentirme más feliz. Aprendimos juntas.

Mucha rutina saludable, cardio, alimentos deliciosos bajos en calorías, hacer bici, caminar. Los retos se plantearon, se mantuvieron y continúan.

Los días de reflexión fueron para sanar heridas que no valen la pena mantener abiertas, tranquilidad, ordenar ideas, ordenar la habitación 😉, descansar en casa 🏠.

Ver a mi madre en el ritual más bonito, mientras preparaba su tradicional dulce de lechosa. No tiene precio.

Conocimos una amiguita perruna que nos robó el corazón ❤️ durante el tiempo que la tuvimos.

Para terminar la pascua pasamos una tarde de piscina, con mi sombrero para el sol ⛅ para no morir con su intensidad. Fue un día para descansar, para agradecer, para reflexionar, para perdonarse. Para ver la luz que brilla ante nosotros, esa que es más grande que la oscuridad. Un bonito 💐 marzo, con prisa pero con calma a la vez, con actitud, con fe, con retos alcanzados.
