RE: [Movie] I Am Mother. _ My Honest Take.

I'm a big fan of science fiction, but I don't usually watch modern movies. Lately, films with little development and fairly generic stories are becoming popular; I don't see that works like these are given the support or focus they deserve. But oh well, maybe it's because they're for a specific audience. Similarly, complex psychological themes, things that were seen much earlier in even animated "children's" movies, are no longer addressed.
