How to make a Blue Peacock Recycling the Toothpaste Box.

avatar

Today I want to show you how to create a blue peacock by recycling toothpaste boxes, this drawing can be framed to have a nice painting, for now I keep all my creations for Hive in a personal folder and be able to enjoy my collection. I love birds, I admire their freedom, and the peacock is beautiful in any of its colors, I was inspired to make a blue one considering the color of the toothpaste boxes used at home.

These are the materials you use:

6 empty toothpaste boxes.
Job.
Scissors.
Paper sheet.
Royal blue marker.
Color pencil: Brown, Light Green, Dark Green, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Gold.

Step-by-step procedure and photos:

I opened the six empty toothpaste boxes so I could start the process.

1.JPG

Trim each of the six box tabs.

2.JPG

I was cutting out each space of the box, in which I could take a shape in the shape of a tear, to simulate the plumage.

3.JPG

Once you cut out all the teardrop-shaped pieces, organize them by color and according to the design that resulted depending on the part of the box from which you took them.

4.JPG

Then on the sheet of paper start the drawing of the peacock.

5.JPG

6.JPG

Apply royal blue marking the color of the toothpaste box, this so that you will have a background of the same color when you glue the pieces in the shape of a tear.

7.JPG

According to the pieces that he took out of the box, he was gluing to show the nuances of the colors of a blue peacock, until completing it.

8.JPG

Then complete the drawing with the colors, apply brown to the tree branch, and light and dark to the leaves. Apply gold color to the turkey's beak, and to the crown apply the colors dark blue and light blue. To make the eye cut a piece of the same box and glue it on the white side, and with a black marking I made the eye.

9.JPG

And finished the process, here I present my blue peacock, recycling box of toothpaste.
