Sándwich de salchicha a mi estilo. / Sausage sandwich my style [ESP/ENG]

Hola amigos de #FoodiesBeeHive y toda la familia Hive les cuento que una de las comidas que disfruto preparar en casa son los sándwich para la cena, y me gusta hacerlo en diferentes estilos, normalmente las salchichas la usamos con pan para preparar perros calientes pero en esta oportunidad hago un rico sándwich de salchicha.

Hello friends of #FoodiesBeeHive and the whole Hive family, I tell you that one of the meals that I enjoy preparing at home is sandwiches for dinner, and I like to do it in different styles, normally we use sausages with bread to prepare hot dogs but in This opportunity I make a delicious sausage sandwich.

Ingredientes:

  • Pan
  • Lechuga
  • Tomate
  • Queso blanco rayado
  • Salchicha
  • Salsa rosada
  • Huevo

Ingredients:

  • Bread
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Striped white cheese
  • Sausage
  • Pink sauce
  • Egg

Preparación / Preparation:

Se lava la lechuga muy bien y con agua de vinagre el tomate se corta en rodajas.

Tomo la salchicha la corto a la mitad y la pongo a freír todas. Tomo los huevos y los vatos tipo tortilla para freír y luego colocarlo a mi sándwich.

I take the sausage, cut it in half and fry them all. I take the eggs and omelette-type ducks to fry and then add them to my sandwich.

Ahora sí inició la preparación tomó el pan Lo abro a la mitad y empiezo a colocar los ingredientes: Lo primero es colocar la salsa rosada luego el queso las el tomate y la lechuga y las tortillas de huevo todo bien decorado para que el sándwich tenga una excelente apariencia.

With the coriander and chives I proceed to cut them into very small pieces. I peel the garlic and cut it into very small squares. Then I proceed to add the shrimp in the pan that already has the striped onion, I also add the coriander, chives and garlic previously cut.
