Weekend-Engagement Concept || # guilty pleasure 😋😋
Greetings friend @galenkp reviewing the platform I found this interesting weekend community, I was encouraged to participate to talk about guilty pleasure. From my perspective, the guilty pleasure is enjoying something that we love and although we know that if we do it in excess it makes us bad, we still enjoy it.
Guilty pleasure
Recognition of what we are and what we do is always important for everyone, which is why it generates satisfaction, motivation and joy. When we do something with effort, we always expect recognition, be it private or in public, or as simple as it may be, it is always gratifying.
As a family we have diabetic relatives and my parents have controlled my sugar consumption, last year I got sick and my medical exams showed high sugar levels, I was very scared fortunately it was a false alarm and everything was fine in the next exam, but I love chocolate, in any of its presentations, in cakes, ice cream, cookies, creams, cheeses.
I can tell you that eating sweets is one of my guilty pleasures, and I feel great satisfaction when I eat it, my birthday cake last year was pure chocolate, covered in chocolate and I adored it.
Another of my guilty pleasures are fast foods, full of sauces and creams, hamburgers and hot dogs full of sauces and spilling on the bite is an unparalleled pleasure for me, I'm going to adore it, although I know that fast foods in excess and they are control also does damage.

Hmm chocolate, ice cream and cake. Well of course! I'm glad you were ok with those test results, it must have been scary. I have diabetics in my family too so I understand, it's basically a whole lifestyle change. I like to think that I'd be able to give up sweet treats if I needed to, it would be really hard but I think it would be possible. I'd miss them though.

Ah chocolates, cake and fast food, they are a bit of a guilty pleasure, especially if you have diabetes in the family. I believe in everything in moderation. You will be fine as long as you do not overdo it.
