Running through the Enchanting Deodar Forests of Narkanda

Hello family. I hope you all are healthy.

Today I go to Hatu Peak for trail running in the morning. There is a trail running event called silk route ultra trail in Narkanda. The guest at my homestay (Elysium lodge Narkanda hills) whose name is Ankush is participating in this event. This event will be held in Narkanda from 12th to 14th April. Ankush has already participated in many such running events. I met him in Solang Skyultra. Today I go for 20 KM running with Ankush. This trail passes through the beautiful valley of Narkanda. I save this running activity in my strava account. I am mentioning the link of this activity below.

Friends, we start running from Circuit House of Narkanda. There is a motorable road in the first two kilometers. As soon as the trail starts, the dense deodar forest starts and the climb also begins. We reach Hatu Peak in around an hour. There is a climb from Circuit House to Hatu Peak. In which we gain elevation around 429 meter
After Hatu Peak the downhill begins. There is climbing at some places in this patch. After running ten kilometers continuously, we stop there for some time, take energy drinks, take some rest and come back towards Narkanda. We gain elevation around 694 meter

I also took my camera along. While coming back I took pictures of this beautiful trail which I am sharing with you. While coming back the body was very tired.

Even when I return, I save my running activity in my strava account, the link of which is mentioned below.

As soon as we reach Jhamunda, we have lunch and drink tea at the local hotel. There is a small pond here, it is quite a beautiful place. I also take some pictures. Within some time we reach Narkanda Market. From Narkanda we board a bus and reach back home.
