Benefits and properties of mango for health!!



Hello friends of @naturalmedicine today I want to share with you a fruit that is very special in my country, this fruit occurs in various seasons from April to September it is an intertropical fruit and is highly anticipated by everyone, it is easily accessible and economic because it occurs easily throughout the national territory, depending on which part of our headquarters territory and size, its shape and flavor are given various nicknames because it is a fruit that has many types, I am talking about mango or Mangifera (scientific name) a fruit that has become a national delight.

In Venezuela various types of mango are known among the most famous are the hilacha mango because its delicious pulp is very fibrous like threads, the water mango because it is its soft and watery pulp, the dudu mango native to the region where I live this It is a mango of very small size, it is very sweet and its pulp is soft and its color is very picturesque. We can also name the manga, which is very striking and popular since it stands out for its enormous size and rich flavor.

Despite being such a popular fruit, not everyone knows its great nutritional value and its multiple benefits, which include its high content of vitamins A, B and C, its also content of minerals such as iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorous and sodium, which are essential for our body.

It is medically proven that mango helps reduce the rate of bad cholesterol, protecting the cardiovascular system, it also helps strengthen our immune system, improves our intestinal transit and helps to eliminate various toxins from our body, it does not contain fats and it is low caloric content so it is used in different diets to lose weight.

The mango is also considered a fruit that helps prevent colon cancer due to its high content of antioxidants, cares for and protects our skin, hair and vision. There are many benefits and properties of this fruit, the vast majority of which are unknown as it is widely used gastronomically but the importance due to its medical potential is unknown or not given, which is why today I decided to share with you this information that I it is so valuable to everyone.

And here in Australia we only really see one type of mango. I'm guessing because we can be so fussy. I can't imagine a fibrous type being well received.
