Hello friends of Hive, today I want to present a series of photographs of self-portrait with artistic makeup, a fusion of two things that I love, I hope the photographs are to your liking.

Hola amigos de Hive, hoy quiero presentarles una serie de fotografías de autorretrato con maquillaje artístico, una fusión de dos cosas que me encantan, espero las fotografías sean de su agrado.

Art is something that has always been present in my life in its various forms of expression, so I had the idea of writing the word "Art" on my face to make a session of self-portraits. I wanted to reflect somehow how my interest and my evolution in the photographic art I have been getting self-taught, so it seemed ideal that the word "Art" on my face had a letter of Street Art.

El arte es algo que ha estado presente en mi vida desde siempre en sus distintas formas de expresión, por ello tuve la idea de escribir la palabra “Art” en mi rostro para realizarme una sesión de autorretratos. Quería reflejar de alguna manera como mi interés y mi evolución en el arte fotográfico la he venido consiguiendo de forma autodidacta, por ello me pareció ideal que la palabra “Art” sobre mi rostro tuviese una letra propia del Street Art.

I used mainly warm colors, both in the makeup and in the background behind my person, unfortunately I didn't take pictures of the procedure, because at the time I didn't think of sharing the step by step. But it was a process that didn't take me long and whose result I thought was pretty decent.

Utilicé principalmente colores cálidos, tanto en el maquillaje como en el fondo detrás de mi persona, lamentablemente no hice fotografías del procedimiento, pues en el momento no pensé en compartir el paso a paso. Pero fue un proceso que no me tomó mucho tiempo y cuyo resultado me pareció bastante decente.

So in this self-portrait I emphasize the importance of art in my life, it is part of me and I want to grow even more as an artist, to acquire more knowledge to make better and better works.

De manera que en este autorretrato destaco la importancia del arte en mi vida, forma parte de mí y deseo crecer aún más como artista, adquirir más conocimiento para hacer trabajos cada vez mejores.
