Mi merienda de hoy un batido muy rico y nutritivo//My snack today a very rich and nutritious shake//

Cómo soy madre, y alimento a mi bebe con leche materna exclusiva, eso hace que me debilite un poco y me de mucha hambre por las tardes, así que ahora me preparo ricos batidos para calmar un poco el hambre como el que me preparé la tarde de hoy.

As I am a mother, and I feed my baby with exclusive breast milk, that makes me a little weak and very hungry in the afternoons, so now I prepare delicious shakes to calm hunger a little like the one I prepared in the afternoon from today.

Utilicé un cambur, avena, leche y azucar.

I used a banana, oatmeal, milk and sugar.

Se agrega todo eso a la licuadora y se licúa con agua hasta que se disuelva todo.

All that is added to the blender and it is liquefied with water until everything dissolves.

¡Y listo! Así obtuve mi rico y nutritivo batido qué lleno mi estómago cuando tenía hambre.

¡And ready! This is how I got my rich and nutritious smoothie that filled my stomach when I was hungry.
