I am posting this introductory post and my purpose in coming to this platform is to share with you my daily activities and to tell you about the work I do in our area or what other people do.
I am about thirty years old and I can do heavy work
I can carry one hundred and twenty kilograms on my shoulder and run for one kilometer and I will not even breathe. My diet is daily. I drink two kilograms of milk and I eat as much meat as I like.
And the work I do involves eating a lot of food and I take care of my health
No matter how much food is eaten, when you work, everything is digested and then it is fun to eat food. Food has its effect on the body. Man remains
That's why I work hard and earn my living and maintain my health
Hopefully I will be guided on this platform and also have the opportunity to learn from the members who have been working here for a long time.
