Yesterday I did very well, tomorrow I will do better!
Yesterday went well. It was Sunday and I decided to dedicate part of my day to organize the clutter and my movies in my study room. I felt motivated and energized to start the week off on the right foot, so while I was tidying up I mentally visualized all the activities I had to do the next day.
The highlight of my day yesterday was the feeling of satisfaction of seeing my study room clean and tidy. I felt as if my mind had also been cleared by having a neater workspace. Also, as I was planning my activities for the next day, I realized how many productive things I could accomplish if I kept that same positive attitude.
Although I didn't achieve anything tangible in terms of concrete accomplishments, I feel that the simple act of organizing my environment and planning my day helped me start the week off on the right foot. I think the key is to maintain the same energy and positive attitude I had yesterday so that I can keep moving forward with my goals and objectives.
So, yes, I look forward to tomorrow with the same energy and determination. I am ready to face the challenges that come my way and to make the most of the opportunities that cross my path. I believe that success is not just a matter of luck, but of attitude and perseverance, and yesterday I proved to myself that I have what it takes to achieve whatever I set my mind to.
One of the activities that my company performs is the granting of small loans to entrepreneurs, in order to provide them with working capital to help them grow and make their businesses profitable, additionally we are trained to audit companies.
Today is Monday, and for me tomorrow is today, I will visit a client who is in arrears with us, he has a small restaurant in the city of Caracas. The intention is to offer him payment options and explain in detail the consequences of not meeting his financial obligations.
Also, after discussion with my boss, I have several proposals to suggest to make your business more profitable, such as opening earlier and serving breakfast, after advertising around the premises. This would give you an additional income and you would have to modify the opening hours of the restaurant from 11:00 A.M. to 7:30 A.M.
This would be successful as the restaurant is well known in the area for its good food.
I know I will meet a man visibly concerned about his financial situation, to whom I must explain clearly and concisely that when payments are late, the debt continues to grow due to interest and late fees. I will point out to him the disadvantages of not paying his debt on time, such as the deterioration of his credit history and the possibility of incurring additional court costs.

I was given the task of making our client aware of the neglect of his payments and together with him I have to evaluate different payment options that would fit his current financial situation in order to agree on a payment plan that would allow him to regularize his debt progressively.
I have to commit the client to comply with the payment plan that is agreed upon and to maintain open communication with the company to avoid future problems.
Always be optimistic and believe that the client will honor his commitment and catch up on his payments. It is important to educate the client financially, and to generate empathy in the collection process. I am always motivated to continue helping clients facing financial difficulties.

I am prepared to look for solutions that benefit the entrepreneurs and companies we lend to. Tomorrow afternoon, I will be leaving the restaurant to offer our financial products and to attend the start of an audit of a school where 12 teachers teach only primary education to a total of almost 150 children in morning and afternoon shifts.
They have shown sufficient income to make ends meet, but their costs and expenses have increased, and they have called us to help them find out where they are failing and making mistakes in their administrative processes.
I relate to people and help them in the financial area due to my preparation as an administrator and auditor, also my work is important for companies because in addition to helping them financially I can point out errors in the operation or management so that they can be solved.
Since I do the work assigned to me to the best of my ability at the end of each day I am at peace with myself knowing that I will deliver successful results to the company to which I belong.
