avatar

Hello Foodies Bee Hive friends, how are you? I hope you are all in good health and well.
How was your day last weekend, it must have been really fun,yess....!!?
I hope you always have a good day.

It's been a few days I haven't made a post in the Foodies Bee Hive community, and it makes me miss. So...today I made martabak with vegetable filling.
This is my favorite martabak, I prefer to eat vegetable martabak than sweet martabak.

Many martabak traders here, I usually buy it, but today I want to make it myself and I want to share the recipe with you.

Please understand if my martabak is not like the martabak sold out there. Because I cooked my version of martabak.

Put two pieces of spring roll skin in Teflon, then add vegetables on top, cover again with two pieces of fried spring rolls until cooked and back and forth so they don't burn. Repeat until the ingredients run out.
