Hello friends, there is a book that I adore and it is Oliver Twist, I have read and seen the movie hundreds of times, so much so that when we adopted a little orphan kitten I called him Oliver because of the book, just like the character in the book, he was abandoned to his luck, but he found a good home in the end, at the end of the post I will place the photos of my Oliver.

Let's talk about this wonderful classic that I love, Charles Dickens with this book ventures into literature for adolescents, in which he places many of his personal experiences, giving this book an autobiographical component. The novel is about a child who must navigate a cruel and inhospitable world, where goodness and evil go hand in hand every day.

It also shows us that, if you have solid ethical principles, it is possible to change your destiny and achieve better living conditions. It is a beautiful and human story that presents us with a reality that I know and will continue to see no matter what time it is, that is why this novel is considered one of the best of the 19th century, published in 1837.

This novel crudely shows the social reality that in the 19th century with industrialization was coupled with high migration, where child exploitation, crime and prostitution were a terrible reality in the cities of the world. If you have the opportunity to read it, you will not regret it.
