First what you would want to do is find a friend who is interested in medicine, he/she has to have the zeal for it and I'd explain why later. This friend of yours is the key to getting a life time supply of medical services.

You are going to help your friend get admitted into the university, cheat their way in if you have to. That's the first and most important step, if they don't get in, no medical service for you so do all you can to help them get in, bribe the school board if you have to.

Once that is done, you're going to want to get books and clothes for them, spend on them because they're your investment. Make sure they go to all their classes and make sure they're well fed, a sound stomach is a sound mind.
