RE: Splinterchat: The Upcoming Soulbound Reward Cards

I'm kind of excited to see what this will do to reward cards. The only negative of this is it's now pure luck if you get good reward cards or not which means someone might get better cards then you based purely on luck and there's no way around it. Just hopefuly they are not OP
