Muy buenas para todos de la comunidad de SWC y hive... Como pudieron apreciar, les muestro parte de mi entrenamiento enfocado a ejercicios de pull ups avanzado más un poco de dinámicos. En estos días los he estado enfocado a front lever, hefesto, v-sit y variantes de los ejercicios de fuerza ya mencionado. Con respecto a los dinámicos, en estos momentos lo que hago es retomar los trucos ya aprendidos y ligarlos a estos ejercicios de fuerza para ir acostumbrándome a combos híbridos. Próximamente, iré mostrando cómo son mis demás días de entreno 😉👍.

Good morning to everyone in the SWC and hive community.... As you could appreciate, I show you part of my training focused on advanced pull ups exercises plus a little bit of dynamics. These days I've been focusing on front lever, hefesto, v-sit and variants of the strength exercises already mentioned. With respect to the dynamics, what I'm doing right now is taking the tricks I've already learned and linking them to these strength exercises to get used to hybrid combos. Soon, I will show you how are my other training days 😉👍.
