Saludos a toda la comunidad de SWC y Hive 🙋🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️. Les comparto algunos combos de fuerza que incluyen "Pull Up" y "Push Up", realizado este viernes (29 de marzo 2024). Y para serles sinceró me sentía pesado por haber almorzado más tarde de lo que acostumbro, pero aun así pude cumplir con el entrenamiento, dándome cuenta de que estoy entiendo cada vez más el "front Lever one arm", siendo este ejercicio que he estado tratando de adaptar hacia mi brazo izquierdo, ya que originalmente lo practicaba con derecho; y la "parada de mano a un brazo", que de por sí le tengo más dominio es en el suelo y de poco ya lo voy entendiendo en las barras paralelas.
