Tasting Rujak from Tropical Fruits

Greetings Everyone!

Tasting rujak from fresh tropical fruits I have been planning for the last few days, because I have not tasted the delicious taste of rujak with the typical taste of fruit mixed with nira sugar sauce, and one day I came to a shop or hut selling rujak, which can it is said the place is so simple, and very far from the impression of luxury. That afternoon I arrived at my destination, even though it was raining in the net, after which I ordered two servings of rujak that is not too spicy and a bottle of soda, after I ordered, the waiter of the place also made my rujak order, and I has taken some photos of the rujak making process, let's take a look below.

Some fruits as ingredients for making rujak, among them, guava, mango, kedondong, papaya, sawo, pineapple, and even cucumber.


Then these fruits are chopped, and mixed with special spices, namely nira sugar sauce, and peanuts that have been roasted, then the peanuts are ground using a wooden grinder, and the base is made of stone or sometimes there are which is from flattened wood, and also add salt, cayenne pepper, after that it is rinsed again with nira sugar sauce.
