Walk around, detach yourself from your work and forget for a moment that you have several jobs as well as two university degrees to study. No kidding, it's just a small fragment of my typical responsibilities... Transfer, or indeed design, anything, this is called: -labors-.

To detach myself from that daily routine, I received a pleasant call... Let's go to a river! -Those were the words pronounced-, this is not only a sketch, it was a trip near and far from my routine. Enjoy! Where to? It's an easy thing to answer: -to the first river we see-.

The suitcases were packed and the only thing left to do was to prepare the cards to cancel the expenses that my relaxation trip deserved. Where did I go to? Simple: -to a river called Arenales-. It had been years since I had last set foot on these lands.

A quiet place, a riverbed that would be felt on the skin and above all something that would allow me to separate myself from everything that surrounds me on a daily basis. Everyday life is what we do every day, but when it is really our turn to give ourselves a space, we should only take it for ourselves.

Venezuela is surrounded by rivers and well, it is a purely exotic country, so we moved from the city to a place a little far from it, which served to recreate me.

¡Disfrutar! ¿A dónde?

¿A dónde fui?

The Arenales River is located approximately 63 km from the city of Barquisimeto in Venezuela and upon arrival you can see that it is one with little watercourse, but really sandy .... I always tell my friends or family that we should go to the part that gives the fall of the current of the river water, the reason is that this is more crystalline, but this could not be achieved and we stayed halfway.

When we arrived at the entrance we could see some hills with a beautiful meadow with palm trees and that gave a very natural touch to the place. This is really beautiful, I took advantage of this scene to take some pictures.

The experience and the tone of the river was pleasant. In my opinion, being a high season, there were a lot of people, but I still enjoyed it in every way. I recap, being a river, it felt very natural and the smell of the water surrounded the environment. I think this is really nice, the tone of the water, the smell and especially the environment that surrounds it.

Another thing that I really liked is that in the middle of the river there was an islet that allowed you to appreciate the environment in a wonderful way and in this I made several captures with my cell phones with the aim of having a recreation of the behavior of the clouds as well as the surrounding tone of the trees and the green of nature. To be honest, I love photography...

Secrets in the crossing || Secretos en la travesía

I love a little bit to walk around the places where I go, and well, I crossed the river to the next side and you can see how I can also immerse myself in the immense trees of the space, dry leaves everywhere, it's all very exciting! Again, I was a child again as I walked through that place.

Well, we followed the riverbed, evidently on the opposite side of where I had my things, until we found a space with more depth and above all a clearer water that reflected the scene I wanted... The river really is sandy, if you are not careful you can feel a suction, but it really is too nice to be in that peace it contains and even more when you submerge yourself so that every drop of water runs through your body.

I walked, I swam, I laughed and above all I enjoyed that beautiful sky and natural space to transit in a fantastic way in this small journey of a small natural and traditional place far from my home. These simple places are appetizing, but above all pleasant to fill you internally...

At this point I can only tell you enjoy life and never let it steal your happiness. Go wherever you want and if it is a place like this it will be fine because the important thing is to enjoy. I leave you a sequence of photos of this trip:

Excelente post.

Those pictures are fantastic! The picture with all the people in the river and relaxing looks like Japan in the summer. Its great to go to the cool clear rivers in the summer time here

What a wonderful comparison. I liked this scene very much, besides the dominant sky that seems to touch the river itself.

Arenales truly, looks to be one pure place...
With @neruel's photos, we can really get a grasp of what it'd feel like to be there, present in all of that natural green.
Well done! <3

It is a pleasant place where you can feel what we are looking for when we separate from our typical activities, what we call tranquility. A place of recollection, which allows us to breathe and breathe in harmony.

Hola Ale!!
