How old is Moni, Michu or Ramoncita?

Coincidentally, last week, I went to my aunt's house. We were talking about Michu (that's what I call her). Nathalia and my aunt are a bit worried about why Michu needs a mate; she has been with us for 5 years and has never had a bunny.

Animals also feel like they need someone to share their time with. Michu is a long-lived rabbit. By chance, my little sister asked me how long she has been with us, and it has been quite a while. She is the family pet we all want.>

In conversation, I told her that they should look for a mate for Michu. One of our neighbors has a rabbit that can be paired with her. I might even get pregnant and everything. Certainly, when a rabbit has been around for many years, you have to take good care of it. For example, my grandmother took her home for a while to keep her company, but Michu got depressed because she didn't see the children. That's why she had to be returned to my aunt's house.

Without a doubt, she lacks a partner, and even more so if she is older. Despite playing with everyone and looking after her very well, we have noticed at this point that she needs a partner. Not because she has pups, but to make her feel happier.

Animals, just like human beings, feel and want to be accompanied by someone who loves them and gives them affection (an idiom that means to give appreciation). Well, Michu is a cuddly pet. :3

By the way, Nathalia and I kept on talking about what to call Michu, but my aunt gave up and said we could call her whatever we wanted.:p

Yes it is true that rabbits get sad when they are stuck in their cage alone for too long. As a child we always had a rabbit but never more than one at once for fear of them having babies. One rabbit mostly lived inside and was a companion for my mom while she worked from home and even got along with the cats. The other, who was a rescue, never got used to living with other animals and she actually lived in a fenced in garden area for many, many years and seemed very happy, especially because she got to eat grapes and other crops that grew in the paths of the garden.

Rabbits have their own way of life. Their way of being and behaving. That happens to Michu, now she will have a partner. That's what we talked about and agreed.
