Enjoying a Lone Long Walk and the Sights after Friendly Visits

How do you like long walks? As for me, I enjoy walking a lot but most of the time I chose to ride when I have pretty tight schedule. I am happy I get to enjoy a long walk today.

I went to visit some friends today, checking on how they are doing with their families and at the same time give words of encouragement and comfort from God's word. This has always been a part of my weekly schedule. I was glad to meet them today and see their smiling faces. Meeting them truly inspires me too.

After meeting them, it was time to go home. Checking the time, I realized I still have a lot of time plus the fine weather motivated me to take a walk. My home is still a bit far, so I planned to just walk half the distance which would take me half an hour. That way, I could save some money instead of paying for fare. It was a bit scary walking on the road alone, many vehicles passed by me and some stopped and asked if I want to ride. I politely refused and kept walking. It was daytime anyway, so I never really fear being abducted. What a funny thought. I just fear the possibilty of encountering either drunk people or mentally unstable ones. Grateful that I encountered neither of those kind.

It was a good thing I decided to walk because I really enjoyed it. Aside from being able to save fare I get to enjoy the views and discover newly built establishments. One of my favorites is passing this bridge and being able to see the clear water under. It feels calming. There were even times I get to witness kids enjoying swimming and I even hoped I could also try swimming there.

I also love the sight of trees and the mountains. I even stopped for a moment and took a solo picture with the mountain in the background. I also passed by the field which really looked beautiful during the harvesting season. Yet at this time, farmers are still sowing seeds to prepare for planting.

Another thing, I love to see some beautiful houses along the highway. I always have my eye these two blue houses. I loved them because they're painted with my beautiful color which is blue. I also feel amazed of the blue mansion house which actually looked so quiet. I was always curious how it looks inside. I am not sure if someone lives in there cause I never saw anyone coming in or out of it. All I know is that its owner is from another country.

I have walked almost a distance but I never felt tired, rather I was enjoying all along. As I am nearing a stop point. A friend driving his motorbike stopped and offered me a free ride. Well somehow I am glad that I was able to save energy this time. He dropped me to the station where I could take my final ride home.
