#BlackAndWhitePhotography - Carrusel, un dilema y algunas fotos [ESP/ENG]

>_ Hola amigos y bienvenidos a una nueva entrada para el #monomad challenge de @monochromes en la comunidad de #BlackAnWhite.
El día de hoy les tengo algunas fotos que me han gustado bastante y que tomé hace algunos días.
En estas dos primeras fotos, pueden ver un carrusel que han puesto en el jardín del centro de la ciudad.

Today I have some photos that I really liked and that I took a few days ago.
In these first two photos, you can see a carousel that they have put in the garden in the center of the city.
>_ En esta segunda foto creo que los blancos están un poco sobre expuestos, pero en general resultó un linda foto.
>_ In this second photo I think the whites are a bit overexposed, but overall it was a nice photo.
>_ El año pasado, la ciudad sufrió una de las inundaciones más grandes de su historia, quedando bajo el agua gran parte. Las perdidas fueron enormes y muchos negocios perdieron completamente todo y tuvieron que cerrar ó se siguen recuperando.
Algunos locales han tenido que ser derrumbados por el daño que provocaron la humedad y la corriente del agua. Quedando lotes vacíos en pleno centro.
>_ Last year, the city suffered one of the largest floods in its history, leaving much of it under water. The losses were huge and many businesses completely lost everything and had to close or are still recovering.
Some buildings have had to be demolished due to the damage caused by the humidity and the flow of water. Leaving empty lots in downtown.
>_ Desde que tengo memoria (unos 30 años), esta persona se ha dedicado a pedir limosna en la misma calle todos los días. Es un señor de unos sesenta ó setenta años que por alguna razón tiene mutiladas sus piernas.
La verdad es que desconozco su historia, pero creo recordar que son sus familiares quienes lo dejan ahí, durante todo el día pidiendo dinero y no es hasta bien tarde que lo recogen.
Trato de no tomar fotos de este tipo, pero a mi parecer, es un personaje emblemático de la ciudad. Quiero hacerme el propósito de investigar más sobre su situación...
>_ For as long as I can remember (some 30 years), this person has been begging on the same street every day. He is a man in his sixties or seventies who for some reason has mutilated his legs.
The truth is that I don't know his story, but I seem to remember that it is his relatives who leave him there all day asking for money and it isn't until very late that they pick him up.
I try not to take this kind of photos, but in my opinion, he is an emblematic character of the city. I want to make myself the purpose of investigating more about his situation...
>_ En esta última foto, un grupo de amigos se dirigen al jardín principal.
Eso es todo por el momento amigos, espero que las fotos les hayan gustado y ojalá pronto pueda estar de regreso con más fotografía en las calles.
