A Damselfly Preying On Insects.

Tonight is a beautiful night, the stars are shining brightly in the sky. Incidentally, currently in western Indonesia it is night time. So I also took the time to post a work that is always related to my hobby as macro photography, namely photographing a unique needle dragonfly.

This time I present a dragonfly (Damselfly) that preys on insects. Seen in the picture below a very small dragonfly is devouring its prey. This is an opportunity for me to shoot more casually.

This little dragonfly has a mixture of orange color all over his body. And it looks very charming. Did you know that this dragonfly (Damselfly) has various colors on its body. But this time I only got a dragonfly with a dominant orange color.

Friends, I took this object using my phone's camera, Xiaomi Redmi 6a, and of course I had to use an additional macro lens that I attached to the phone's camera. And the macro lens that I use is 0.45 mm type, it looks more extreme and will get pictures of small objects in more detail.

This dragonfly has a binomial name, Damselfly. This little dragonfly is usually called the Needle Dragonfly, in my area of ​​Aceh, Indonesia. The population of this type of insect is very much found in tropical areas such as in my area, namely Lhokseumawe City, Aceh, Indonesia (Southeast Asia). And of course this type of dragonfly always has a different color.
