✓ Una anilla de abrir latas de conservas, o
refrescos.
✓ Hilo de tejer color turquesa.
✓ Un par de ojos acrílicos.
✓ Hilo chino de 0,5 mm color naranja.
✓ Media perlita blanca.
✓ Una argolla plateada grande.
✓ Cadena de eslabones plateada.
✓ Un clip para colgar.
✓ Un caracol.
✓ Tijeras.
✓ Pinza plana.
✓ Pinza de punta redonda.
✓ Pinza de corte.
✓ Aguja o ganchillo #2

MATERIALS I USED TO MAKE THIS OCTOPUS PENDANT:

✓ A can opener or soda can opener.
✓ Turquoise knitting yarn.
✓ A pair of acrylic googly eyes.
✓ 0.5 mm orange Chinese knot thread.
✓ Half a white pearl.
✓ A large silver jump ring.
✓ Silver-plated link chain.
✓ A paper clip for hanging.
✓ A snail.
✓ Scissors.
✓ Flat-nose pliers.
✓ Round-nose pliers.
✓ Cutting pliers.
✓ #2 hook or crochet hook

PASOS PARA ELABORAR ESTE PROYECTO:

PRIMER PASO:
Este colgante lo voy a realizar usando la técnica del tejido con punto a crochet, lo haré con puntos de cadena, punto medio y punto deslizado.
Comienzo tomando la anilla de lata y el rollo de hilo turquesa crochet # 12, sin cortar el hilo lo paso por el aro más grande de la anilla, dejo un excedente de dos centímetros y hago un nudo simple esto lo formo de esta manera para no tejer nudos encima de la hebra y me quedé muy grueso el inicio del tejido, una vez que esté listo el diseño escondo los hilos y remato dejando más prolija la labor; ahora con el ganchillo realizo un punto medio que ya todas las arañitas saben cómo se trabaja: tono una lazada paso la aguja por el centro de la anilla tengo dos hebras tomo otra lazada y paso por las dos hebras, saco y así tengo puntos medios, de esta manera tejo en la mitad de la anilla veintiséis puntos, luego en el aro pequeño realizó trece puntos medios y me deslizó con un punto para cerrar esta primera parte así como muestro.

STEPS TO MAKE THIS PROJECT:

FIRST STEP:
I'm going to make this pendant using the crochet technique, using chain stitches, half stitches, and slip stitches.
I start by taking the tin ring and the roll of turquoise crochet thread #12. Without cutting the thread, I thread it through the largest loop of the ring. I leave a two-centimeter excess and tie a simple knot. I do this so as not to knot over the thread, and I end up with a very thick start. Once the design is ready, I hide the threads and finish, leaving the work neater. Now with the crochet hook I make a half stitch that all the little spiders already know how to work: I make a loop, I pass the needle through the center of the ring, I have two strands, I take another loop and pass through the two strands, I take them out and so I have half stitches, in this way I knit twenty-six stitches in the middle of the ring, then in the small ring I make thirteen half stitches and I slip with a stitch to close this first part as shown.

SEGUNDO PASO:
En este paso tejo una cadena y en el siguiente punto empiezo de nuevo a tejer puntos medios,hago otra vuelta de puntos medios; al llegar al inicio me deslizo con un punto para cerrar esta vuelta.
Sigo y realizo once cadenas, dejo una cadena sin tejer y en la siguiente hago dos puntos medios sigo tejiendo un punto medio en cada cadena y así tengo once, me deslizo con un punto a dos puntos medios, y con los dedos le doy forma de una especie de espiral, como se ve, hago de nuevo otra cadena de once y realizo el mismo procedimiento, esto lo voy hacer ocho veces que son los tentáculos que tiene un pulpo, va quedando así:

STEP TWO:
In this step, I chain a single crochet, and in the next stitch, I begin crocheting single crochets again. I make another round of single crochets. When I reach the beginning, I slip stitch to close this round.

TERCER PASO:
Después de haber realizado los ocho tentáculos, en el último tentáculo pierdo la hebra uso las tijeras y corto el excedente sin que se note, ahora coloco el par de ojos en el medio de las anillas, con anterioridad realicé un pequeño lacito color naranja que puse a un lado de la cabeza y así darle mucha coquetería a mi Pulpita.
Uso la pinza y en el centro de la cabeza coloco una argolla con la cadena y el clip, así:

STEP THREE:
After making the eight tentacles, I loosen the thread on the last tentacle. I use scissors and trim the excess without making it noticeable. Now I place the pair of eyes in the middle of the rings. I previously made a small orange bow that I placed on one side of the head to give my little octopus a very flirty look.

CUARTO PASO:
En este último paso coloco un caracolito adicional que puse en tres eslabones de cadena plateada en el colgante así queda.

STEP FOUR:
