Land changes everything.

Time to update the collection for land.

The last time that @splinterlands had a massive upheavel was with the release of SPS. It changed the whole economy of the game and forced players to rebuild their full decks based on collection power and the thriving rental markets.

With land we are about to see the same thing happen all over again. That time we were buying up all of the single base cards to rent out to the wave of new players flooding into the system. This time we are going to be maxing out as many as possible for production power on land to mine those valuable resources.

That means a full rebuild of all my accounts to be ready for the upcoming land release. I still have a lot of single base cards that ar eno longer renting and could be combined for a higher PP on land with the hope of renting them that way.

Some I will sell and some I will keep for my own land. There are too many low value cards in my collection and with the 1DEC charge for renting are not even worth putting on the market that way.

Some of the reward cards built up over a lot of seasons but some of the OG cards don't rent at all anymore and have a huge PP value in the new system which should make them very attractive to rent as buying cards like these are out of the range of a lot of players if there are even any on the market.

Most are in the hands of longer serving players who won them from packs rather than buying them on th eopen markets. Gold Beta summoners used to cost about $7 each which was expensive at the time but an absolute steal looking back at it now.

But the biggest PP are in alpha golds, then beta golds. Cards that have very little use in the current game until land revitalizes their purpose. Too many of the newer cards were to strong compared to the old set and at a fraction of the price compared to the original sets. especially with modern going bot free it has become a lot more appealing to the newer batch of users to compete in where the rewards are better and easier to attain.

#Land will find a new home for old cards.

Players like @goldmatters know what's up.

Everybody with land will have to re-configure their decks.
Balance out their playing cards, their rental cards, their land cards.
Buy a few more to level up cards, sell off a few that are surplus to requirements.

It's not going to be easy as picking your worst cards for land as the best cards for land are a lot of the most powerful in wild league.

Choices everywhere.
I'm moving all of my gold out of my main deck, to prepare for land and trying to replace them with regular foil cards so that my deck won't suffer. In place of that i will have to sell a few of my singles to pay for this but they don't rent well anymore so it's not a huge loss. They were mostly held for speculation anyway.

It's going to change my whole collection around.
